Your order is taken completely by a robot thru the drive thru system. Once you talk to a person at the window, they were very nice. Food was decent. The loaded fries are really good. Would go again, but not crazy about the robot ordering system.

There’s an automated system that takes your order in drive thru. It got my order wrong even after allowing me to correct it. I ordered a caramel cheesecake sundae. The ice cream is supposed to be white. It’s pink. That’s suspicious. I can’t eat that. The fries were fine. They charge $0.75 for ranch. Their attitude is is not the most pleasant. I wouldn’t call them rude though. It’s not my fault the system created a communication barrier.

Food was ok, the worker stared at me and when I told her I had a mobile order, she didnt respond the first time so I repeated, then she said “well, for who?” with lots of attitude. I was polite through the entire interaction. I did come later at night and can understand the frustration, but I don’t think I did anything to deserve that.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a burger, fries, and a shake. The food and shake were very good. The order was correct, the temperature of the food was just right, and the customer service was great.

I truely don’t care for rally very greasy fries and burgers. But my son n law and daughter love this place. Like the saying goes different taste and different taste buds. Their food is definitely unhealthy for anyone health conscious and definitely will clog your arteries by just one meal. But I’ll let yall decide
