Don’t go to this Sonic, use the other one across town. If you go to this one expect to wait an hour or more for an order even if you order ahead. I ordered 2 mini blasts, 3 kids ice cream cups and a small order or mozzarella sticks on the app and checked in at the selected pick up time. It was a 45 minute wait before someone came out with the blasts and sticks but no kids ice cream cups. I tried to explain to the guy that we were missing part of the order but, even with the receipt and the literal partial order that was brought out, they were adamant that it was the entire order. They took the receipt back and, after another 20 mins of nothing, I decided that was enough waiting and pulled away. There were others waiting just as long as us, a lot of them still sitting when we decided to drive off.
Turns out the blasts weren’t the ones we ordered, the mozzarella sticks were cold and one of the blasts ended up having a fly in it that we found after driving away.
TLDR don’t go to this Sonic, use the other one across town. Yes, it’s older and smaller but it’s 1,000x better and I’ve never had an issue with them.

Never have I had a good experience with the staff and/or service here. They’re incredibly slow, even when unbusy. Today, in particular, I sat at one of the pull-up screens for about fifteen minutes before trying my luck at the drive-thru, where I spent another fifteen minutes waiting before pulling up to the window where I was informed that “ain’t nobody on drive-thru at the moment.” So yeah, I wouldn’t get your hopes up, even as a huge Sonic fan, like myself.

This is possibly the worst Sonic in the world. I’m a lifelong Starkville resident and the past few years, it takes 20-30 minutes just to get drinks at this location. If they ever come at all. Multiple times we’ve finally had to leave and contact our credit card company to refund what was never received. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s beyond saving.

My pickup order was scheduled at 6:11 and was confirmed ready on the app I waited 20 minutes for my order never received it and there was a car that arrived after me that received their order. On a separate occasion I have waited almost an hour for a milkshake. There was only 1 carhop today when I went to this location. This location desperately needs either different management or to hire more employees this is out of hand and ridiculous.

I am a frequent customer of this location however, I had the worst experience on my last visit. The shake I ordered had a big piece of plastic from some type of machinery in it. On top of that the customer service was very unprofessional. I have not had a bad experience until now. I understand mistakes happen but this was completely unsanitary and hazardous. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Been to this location several times in the past and the main reason I quit coming was the extremely long wait times. I decided to just stop by and see if things have changed. Did it two days in a row and nothing has changed they do not care about customer service at all. 22 minutes today over 30 minutes yesterday after having to push button and ask for my food.

I just picked up my order from sonic, my jumbo popcorn chicken is old, and looks like it has been rewarmed. It’s mainly fried breading and no chicken. My fries have also been rewarmed.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but our experience at this Sonic location was astonishing. Waited 45 minutes for our food as other people came and went then buzzed to see what was going on. They said that our order did not exist and asked for the name multiple times although it had already been on the screen when we checked in. We told them we had our mobile receipt, and after another couple of minutes she said she was sorry and she would bring it right to us and then we waited another 20 minutes… We buzzed again and asked to talk with a manager and never saw one. They brought out our food and said we weren’t there when they brought the first time even though we had been sitting in the same spot we placed the order in for over an hour. We asked if it was fresh because we waited so long, and the carhop said “yes” then handed us a cold bag of food.

Starkville Sonic is usually very quick. This time we realized our milkshake cup had a hole in the bottom, but the car hop was quick to bring me another cup to pour it into and brought more napkins.

Tried to give us runny milkshakes and the drink cups had soda all over it. Even the runner was slow and acted like she didn’t care to be there. Literally the worst fast food place I’ve ever been too!
