This is the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever visited. I’m saying this as someone who has come here multiple times hoping the experience would improve, but unfortunately it hasn’t.

If you go between 4–6 PM, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. There is always a line all the way to the door — not because the place is popular or efficient, but because they consistently have only one employee handling the station. The same person who prepares your food is also responsible for taking payments. This creates unnecessary delays. Management should consider hiring more staff instead of trying to run the entire line with one person.
Second, the portion sizes are consistently disappointing. When you order, they act as if the ingredients are coming out of their own pocket. The amount of food they give is far below what you would normally expect from Chipotle.
Finally, during my most recent visit, they didn’t even have basic items like pico or queso available. Because of that, I had to leave and drive to another Chipotle location 12 minutes away just to get what I originally wanted.
Overall, the service, portions, and availability of ingredients at this location need serious improvement.

I wish I was writing a good review right now. This is my first time going to Chipotle in many months bc I’ve seen some 5star reviews and hoped it was better now. Well I’m not sure what is being reviewed here but it was pretty bad. They were out of everything. The servings were like a 1/4 spoonfuls. Scraping the cheese dip from the sides and it was so hard it wasn’t coming off the spoon. One worker was running her hands under the counter with her gloves on and then picking up cheese and lettuce with the same gloves. If she was the one waiting on me I was going to leave when it was my turn. All of this should have been my sign to just go but I paid $15 for this in the end bc that’s all there was available besides some overly wet lettuce and dried up beans. I hope someone in charge reads this so we can get this place in order bc I really love it when it’s good.

Such a horrible disappointing experience every. single. time. Usually when i go they’re always out of key ingredients like rice, beans, chicken, cheese, etc. I always try to go back to give them some grace and see if they do better the next time. But i’m done with this establishment.
Walked in and there was only 1 customer ahead of me and nobody was helping her, an employee was sweeping right in front of her, another employee doing online orders, and the other cooking in the back. All avoiding eye contact, almost like they’re waiting for us to leave so they don’t have to serve us. The woman ahead of me literally had to step out of line to get the workers attention to make our food. They knew we were there. Just choosing not to fulfill our orders. Don’t work a customer service job if you don’t enjoy it. Without the customers you wouldn’t have a job at all..

Order was completely wrong. Asked for salsa, cheese, sour cream, etc. received chicken and rice. Ridiculous that this was even a thought that this order was correct. Please stop hiring people that do not care about your customers.

Not a good Chipotle, it takes them almost 15 minutes to serve 2 or 3 people and as a result, lines are often big enough to go out the door. It’s a combination of lacking speed and being short staffed as there is almost always one person up front which isn’t entirely their fault. The store is just poorly ran, even after they opened back up things still haven’t changed.

The food tasted good but the portion was smaller than expected. I was able to easily finish the whole entree when I normally can’t at other Chipotle’s. The service was also especially slow for how empty the restaurant was. The employee I spoke with spoke so softly I asked him to repeat what he said and I still couldnt hear him so I just guessed what he meant. The restaurant was also not the cleanest. There was trash around some of the bar seats and the trash cans hadn’t been emptied recently and were nearly overflowing.

Never had a bad order. Staff is always friendly. Dining room could use some attention as tables are not always clean. Probably due to small seating space and busy. But I couldn’t tell you the last time I was in there and saw someone cleaning a table.

This is the first time I have been motivated to leave a negative review. However the experience was so horrible I feel the need to make sure that other people avoid the same experience. I placed an online order for 3 things. When I entered at the time listed on my receipt my order was not ready. This gave me time to notice the state of the restaurant and that I was not the only person waiting for an online order. The people next to me were already discussing with the cashier that they had been waiting for 45 min for their moble order. There was food on every table, all of them vacant. No was one actually behind either food prep line, Dishes piled high beind. There was food slattered and coverering the entire surface of the prep counter. There were streamers of receipt paper and the backing of the sticker paper flowing out of the printers which the lone confused worker kept walking and tripping over. Finaly the person who completely mishandled the customers who were complaining about their wait time went around to wipe tables, which clearly was not on her orientation as she left every table with food still on them. Thankfully my food was only 20 min late. And as I debated whethet or not I felt comfortable eating our food given the state of the kitchen and lack of cleanliness, I was stilled even more disappointed with our meal when I opened at home. They messed up 2 of the 3 orders. The burrito was a haphazardly thrown together bowl. The kids quesadilla was a taco with a side of more meat? I can say 100% will never go to this location again. They need a health inspection and complete new managers.

Last night my daughter and I stopped in around 7:15 PM and were really disappointed with our experience. When we walked in, they were completely out of chicken and we had to wait for it to be made. Once that was ready, we found out they were also out of black beans and fajita veggies — which was one of the main reasons we chose to come there.

It was surprising that so many core ingredients were unavailable that early in the evening. When I made a comment about them being out of multiple items, the staff responded in a way that felt dismissive and rude rather than apologetic.

We also had to wait for the sour cream to be refilled, and when it was finally added to the bowl, an excessive amount was put on, making the meal barely edible.

Overall, the lack of preparation and poor customer service made for a frustrating experience. We expect better consistency and professionalism.

It is clear whoever manages this place doesn’t care about their employees or customers. I placed an order for online pickup at 6pm. It is 6:20pm and they are still waiting to process the order and there is a line out the door of customers. Management – you need to stop being so greedy and properly staff your employees for dinner rushes. Have a heart, this is the service industry. People are already struggling enough these days. This is the last time I will be ordering from the Chipotle, as this is not the first time I’ve had this experience. Upper management needs to look in a mirror.
