Waited 10 minutes for crazy bread when we placed the order online 20 minutes before we even showed up.
Got the pepperoni crazy puffs and not a single pepperoni in it. Just a little bit of cheese and bread. Also got the cheese steak crazy puffs and they were mangled in the box but all ingredients seem to be there. Completely unsatisfied. Was really excited to try the crazy puffs in general.

Don’t EVER go to this Little Caesar’s location. I requested a pizza with just cheese. They picked the pepperoni off my pizza instead of properly making it. I’m livid.

I have genuinely never received such poor service and truly don’t know how this place is still operating based off the amount of similar reviews. I placed an order online at 5:50, got in line a little before 6. Nobody ever came over the speaker after about 5 minutes and it took me saying “Hello?” for someone to tell me to pull forward to the window. I get to the window and not a single person comes by or even looks at the window, despite them all walking by numerous times. Meanwhile, cars are getting out of line and slowly driving by staring, while the car behind me sits at the speaker waiting for someone to take their order. After FIFTEEN MINUTES of sitting at the window not being helped, I push the button to get someone’s attention. A tall blonde guy reluctantly comes to the window and I asked, “Is someone going to come help me? I placed an online order so it should be ready,” and he yells “Well what’s the order’s name?” as if I was suppose to tell him telepathically instead of at the window. He grabs my pizza, which was obviously just sitting there getting cold, hands it to me without saying anything, and slams the window shut. I have never experienced such ignorant and disrespectful people working in the service industry. Someone seriously needs to investigate what is going on here!

This is the slowest Little Caesars I have ever been to in my entire life. Might as well set up camp because you aren’t going to get your pizza for hours. Inside is absolutely disgusting and dirty, the workers are all zero help at all, and the service is extremely slow. I order 2 pizzas, one pepperoni and one sausage. They gave me two sausage pizzas, and one was half burnt. This place is horrible, go somewhere else and get better service with way better pizza. The only good thing about Little Caesars is that it’s cheap, but that doesn’t make up for the crappy hostility.

Called in the order and was told 20 minutes so go threw the drive and paid for order and the young girl said it isnt ready yet pull around and park it’ll be about 5 minutes. So I wait the 5 minutes in the car and go inside and it’s busy. I asked the girl if my order was ready she said almost so I continued to wait everybody that was waiting with me left a new group of people showed up they were starting to all get their orders before me. I’m livid at this point so I ask the young girl to get the manager 3 damn times and she straight up ignored me. So I see a lady walk a order and I asked if she was the manager she said yes I tell her now at that point for over a hour NO LIE A hour for 4 LARGE PIZZAS. SHE SAID OH THATS ORDERS IN THE BOTTOM. IM LIKE WHATTTTTT! She didn’t offer anything but a damn 2 liter for a Hour wait not even a sorry anything . I should have gotten a refund point blank period. The pizza was nasty as hell old cold and semi burnt. I should have checked while I was there but I was so mad I didn’t want to make a fool out of myself. Don’t order here they seem all new or something. I still can’t understand why 4 PIZZAS took a hour and 20 minutes. I’ll be calling corporate monday!!!!

By far the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Was told 15 minutes and it took AN HOUR! People randomly showing up in regular clothes going behind the counter (I assume manager or workers). People on the phone. This place should be ashamed. I sat there for an hour just watching the incompetency through the window. After all that, I find out they had forgotten about me! Management should be fired. AVOID THIS PLACE!

It is 5:35pm on a Saturday and I’m the only car here. I have ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas. She said it would be 15min. I asked what all they have made, and I kid you not it was just 1 pepperoni pizza. So I guess I’m waiting. 15 min isn’t that bad except ….. they are supposed to be hot and ready

Employees ate my food, lied to me saying that someone came and picked up my order by name ( I have a unique name so I know that’s not true), gave me hard time, Johnny laughed in my face, was absolutely no help at all , and refused to give me a refund. Extremely unprofessional staff.

I deliver food. There were a couple other delivery, drivers there and regular customers, and everybody had the same complaint about the little girl at the front who had such an ugly look on her face towards everybody. Not a friendly environment they left pizzas out on the counter for well over 10 minutes, so my customers food is cold and that reflects on me not the business. They don’t know this unless I tell them that. I would not recommend this Specific location. I also Had four marinaras a 2 L a 20 ounce and two small small boxes and she handed everything to me to carry out individually. Along with two large pizzas.

Food order are ok, but I made an online order and when I received an email that my orders are ready to pickup from drive through, I’d wait just for one car before me for over 15 minutes. My orders also short of Crazy Bread because they just don’t have it, how come when you told me my orders are ready but short? Since my orders were made online, they can’t refund me the short items but trade me for a bottle of drink or sauce. If I want to have crazy Bread, I have to wait for another 15 minutes and I can’t wait for another 15 more minutes. Kids at home aren’t happy already. Not sure if I’ll ever go back to this location again. Other pizza stores are near by, so choose this location at your own risk.
