Came here after being suggested the Jamocha shake. Ordered the Smokehouse Brisket sandwich with the Curly Fries and as mentioned, the Jamocha Shake.
Every single item was delicious, but that Jamocha Shake, uuu uuu, that was another level of good. Thick, and perfectly made. Curly fries were crispy and seasoned correctly. Smokehouse Brisket, was very flavorful, but what I loved the most, it was saucy. Great first experience at Arby’s.

We visited this location a week or so ago later in the evening after we had finished Christmas shopping. We were headed home and just wanted something quick and easy to go. The shift leader on duty, Natalie, was extremely kind and patient. They were having computer issues and even though they couldn’t place our order at the window because of the issues, we were able to place an online order and be right there to pick it up. We really appreciated Natalie’s kindness, patience, and quick thinking allowing us to still get our late night dinner. Thank you!

I came here last night to pick up a doordash order for myself (yes there is a self pickup option for doordash). I pulled in the drive-thru to pickup the order, and the worker stated I would need to park and come inside to get it. Keep in mind there were ZERO other customers in the restaurant or the drive-thru. Regardless I did what she requested, and when I walked in, the order was already bagged & ready for me to leave. She could have just handed me the order at the window in the first place. I really don’t understand the logic….like where is our critical thinking skills or customer service? Do better please!

I ordered delivery and wasn’t happy with my order and I went in today and the assistant manager at Arby’s was kind and remade me a different sandwich, a burger deluxe which was very good. An employee was very kind and offered me a drink because I came back and waited for a new order. Apple pie shakes are really good thanks Arby’s for good customer service.

Great place to go for something different. We did 4 for $10 roast beef. This place offers more sauce options in the lobby including honey mustard. I usually get the Mac and cheese so try it if you can.

I had the best experience today. I hadn’t been into Arby’s for about 3 years (couldn’t drive, cataracts), and my daughter and I stopped by to eat. Everything was hot and fresh. Our cashier was phenomenal. Very polite. Checked on us to see if we were enjoying our food. I highly recommend this location.

Great place to go when you are burgered out and can’t do anymore chicken. The roast beef is just dam good. You go to every day for a month and never the same meal twice. You just have to experience Arby’s past the roast beef. They have the meats.
