This Dunkin location is very busy – it is inside Walmart. I placed a larger order and received great service. They didn’t have on item in stock but I was offered a replacement. Thank you! (blonde hair and black hair employees). 01/04/2026

Place is disgusting. The floors are so sticky and havent been mopped maybe ever. The fridges with to go drinks are empty. There is always only 1 person working and getting slammed with customers. Managers never there. Brand new employees not properly trained with no one there to help. Turnover is crazy.

The service from the young man that took my order was amazing! I requested that my two iced coffee’s be made with the whipped cream and cinnamon sugar sprinkle. As he was trying to explain to the young lady that was going to fix the order she just started going off. For what reason no one knows. But what I didn’t like is no manager stepped in to help or to find out what the problem. Then as he continued to take orders she still continued to walk back and forward behind the front counter. In front of customers loud and cusreing and using fowl language. No manager still said a word. And not to mention my order was still done wrong after she said she knew what she was doing. I don’t know maybe she had mental illness and they know. But they need to get her under control before they lose customers. I will not be returning to this location.

I like their hot chocolate made with milk and whip cream. My Croissant wasn’t toasted and I didn’t have time to give it back to toast I didn’t have time. This location is hit or miss when it comes to how quick there service will be.

You can never go wrong with some Dunkin’ Donuts. You have to stop by this location and check Rose out. She made me an iced coffee on Black Friday as they were closing. Exceptional service. Very positive customer service experience Her contagious positive smile went a long way

I was recently in waiting on my oil change. The frozen coffee was really nice. The complaint was the 2 workers were engaged in language that was not appropriate for the 3 guests that were sitting there. I would not think that the MGR would be allowed to talk like that with guests out front. Will not be back again.

Ordered a Small Iced Chai Latte with oat milk and was given a small cup of oat milk it was way too early and I definitely felt no desire to even correct the man especially when it’s 9am no one in shop zero customers and you clearly heard me say my order because you read it back to me . These people take these jobs thinking man how hard can it be to make coffee and hmmm my friend when you have consistent coffee drinkers you will realize it’s not a walk in the park . So much for my pick me up !! I will say my experiences with Dakota a former employee at this location are very much missed .

I visited the Dunkin’ at 3801 Tampa Rd, Oldsmar, FL 34677 today (July 9th) and had a very disappointing experience. The employee who was serving me handled my donuts with visibly dirty hands, without using gloves or any utensils. This was extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. I decided to cancel my order and leave. I hope this location improves its hygiene standards and staff training.

Gross attitude from female worker who was working June 3rd at 7:00 PM. Stated that my brother who is a kid couldn’t touch the counter because she had “cleaned it” counter was gross had smears and crumbs. Do better.
