The service here is pretty rude. And my food i was told it would be fresh and waited and it was cold. The restaurant however was clean so it gets an extra star. But I visited here around 8:30. So maybe it’s better in the morning hours. And they probably clean for the evening shift.

Someone who lives next to the worst Wendy’s in history ( Bellevue) I don’t go to Wendy’s unless I’m by another one I’ve stopped at leetsdale recently a couple times and I got to tell you those people busted it out!!! Hell of a crew amazing job amazing food appeared to be one very well run machine! Great job!

Tried to order. The worker kept talking over me. Repeated my order because I was confident it was taken incorrectly. Went to pick up my order in the drive through. Was not given all my items. The lady at the food window said it wasn’t rung up with the missing items and refused to fix it. Awful service.

The night crew has got to have the worst people they ever hired. Drive thru is a nightmare and when pulling up to the window you’re getting death stares, people from the everyone especially people from the back popping their heads as if you did something wrong by placing an order? The old workers are just as unprofessional as the young ones. So you don’t know who to address and even then you have to worry about if the food is going to get thrown on the floor or spit on before it goes in the bag so is it even worth addressing? It’s probably my third or fourth time going at night and whether you’re ordering through the drive thru or placing an online order for pick up it’s the same deal. You don’t win here. I will be picking up food from another location faithfully.

Again, the worst Wendy’s, by far!!! Went back again for my gf, should’ve known better especially when the girl at drive thru asked the person in front me after every word “that it”, but being rude is guaranteed from this place. Then they forget food so always check your bag, then check the food they give you that they forgot because they will sabotage it. One of the drive through girls is extremely rude. She has an attitude every single time on the speaker and basically threw my food at me and slammed the glass without saying a word as I was saying thankyou and wishing her a good day. I’m a super easy customer. I order something small on the mobile app and always say please and thankyou. Even if my order is messed up I just take it happily and go to not cause any fuss. I understand having a bad day and don’t expect fake smiles from someone working fast food, but it’s constant and actually kinda hurtful when I’m just trying to be simple and polite. I haven’t had issues with the other workers, they can be disorganized but are not rude, so it is unfortunate that one bad apples spoils the whole batch.

Months later trying again. Girl mumbling into her microphone. After deciphering what she was saying I pulled around. Window opens, hands drinks and gave back card for transaction. Not one word spoken the entire transaction. Handed food. I said thank you, have a nice day but the window was closed before I could finish. I always say thank you, no matter the situation. Two words. Not that hard.
How hard is it to say even just one word to the customer? If you don’t like your job………
Btw, the screen that shows what you’re ordering still hasn’t been fixed?

We didn’t order anything special, no substitutions, etc so it wasn’t like my order was complicated.
