We are so happy to have a new Chick-fil-A, This location is beautiful, clean, and incredibly welcoming. The staff goes above and beyond to make families feel comfortable and cared for.
The service is efficient, the food is consistently fresh, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It’s the kind of place you can stop by for a quick bite or stay a little longer with your family.
Highly recommend visiting this new Chick-fil-A and it’s conveniently located in Draper right off the freeway, making it the perfect stop whether you’re commuting, traveling, or just passing through the area.

Everyone was friendly, food was delicious and the perfect temperature. We tried the new frosted soda (Dr pepper) and it was so good! This new location has a kids play area, spacious dining room, and double wide drive thru, which will be great for the drive thru meal rush. Would definitely come again

Amazing service and definitely great back of house management. Food came out perfect temperature and exceeded my expectations! The chicken was hot and the fries nice and crispy. Super happy about this new location right around the corner. Shout out to Jordan Hall for being a great manager! He was so kind and had a smile on his face, even amidst all the chaos for grand opening. 🙂

I love this Chick-fil-A! It is in a fantastic location—maybe even a little too convenient since it’s so close to my house. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, but Alexia really stood out. She went out of her way to make sure we were perfectly taken care of. It’s rare to find such consistent, top-tier service. Highly recommend! Eat more chicken❤️

I was genuinely excited to finally have a Chick-fil-A on my way to work and thought it would be a quick, easy breakfast stop. Instead, it turned into a very disappointing experience.
I arrived to pick up my online order for breakfast — a simple order — and was the first person there. Despite that, I waited about 15 minutes. It took so long that cars behind me actually left. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of acknowledgment. There were several employees present, including someone who appeared to be a manager, yet no one spoke to me or provided any update about the delay.
I didn’t realize the order was incorrect until I got to work and opened it at my desk. I ordered a chicken, egg, and cheese muffin and instead received just a plain piece of bread with an egg. After already waiting that long and then discovering it was wrong once I was at work with no time to go back, that’s what ultimately prompted me to write this review.
What should have been a quick, convenient stop ended up making me late and starting my day frustrated and disappointed. Not a great first experience at this location.

I’ve had a couple lame experiences here at this point. Last time I came through the drive thru the kid handing us the bag just kinda dropped it on my face (yes, my face) instead of handing it to me. He didn’t apologize, just said “my pleasure” and ran away. I guess it was his pleasure to drop the bag on my face. More recently, I was dining in and almost all of the tables and chairs were dirty (crumbs, sauce, grease). The weird thing is that the restaurant was almost dead, so there wasn’t a reason for it to be so messy. That night our (2 person) order was missing items when it was brought out and I had to request them to get the order completed. Then the chicken in the sandwich was kinda gross… not sure what was off there. Never in my years on this green and blue earth have I had bad chicken in a chick fil a meal but I guess that day was the day.
This location is new, I’ll have to default to the other Draper location until they get things figured out here.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this chick fil a was super amazing. They were very clean, fast, and had a great atmosphere. The nicest young man named Isaac helped me at the cash register he was so friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend!!!

So excited to have a Chick-fil-A closer to us! I came in today with my daughter & was impressed. This Chick-fil-A was thoughtfully designed with a wash up area that wasn’t in a bathroom, & oddly enough this location has the best bathrooms I’ve ever seen at Chick-fil-A. All the workers were attentive & so kind to us. Will be our new go to location!
