Everything was delicious! All of the workers were so nice and courteous. The food and ice cream was delicious. We got the 7 dollar meal deals, which are worth it! Definitely recommend. Ivan served us and was very polite! Please give everybody a good raise, they deserve it!!

We love the Dairy Queen on 301 in Oxford, Florida. Their facility is always clean and all the crew are polite, courteous, and thorough. The manager, Justin is responsive to your needs and very attentive and friendly. It’s a busy store but all the staff is jovial and pleasant to work with. The drive thru is busy but the staff keeps it moving. The food and the soft serve is always great tasting. We especially like the onion rings and blizzards. Please thank Justin and his staff for doing a wonderful job time after time.

I have had some issues here. First it’s always pretty packed, but that no one can really control so I get that. But as for the stuff you can control? The staff never seems like they care too much/are in a bad mood, which I get because I worked in fast food for a while too, but I never let my personal life, or my mood, effect how I treat customers… Food is always fine, no complaints there so far. But another thing that I had a huge issue with was the cake designing. My wife was having a baby shower, and so we thought “Hey, let’s get an ice cream cake from dairy queen” that was our first mistake. My wife pulled a cake straight from the dairy queen website, which I have the pictures attached. And the next picture is what they gave us… Like… Did they not look at the original orrr? I’m just lost, and my wife was almost in tears from how awful it was. We said screw it because it was last minute, but holy crap were we disappointed.

Putting chairs up on the tables at 8:30pm when you don’t close until 10pm does not pass along an accurate message to your customers. It suggests you’re closed when you’re actually open for business. I can understand doing this when it’s actually close to closing time, but not nearly 2 hours in advance. Also, sweeping around my feet when I’m trying to enjoy my dinner. Uncomfortable.

Nice new DQ, wonderful outdoor seating area where you can bring your dog and eat. 3 of us with dessert was 45$ including a hot dog for the woof! Fast service, friendly and food was all very good. We will definitely go back. Riley was very nice and helpful!

This is how they gave me my icecream. The service and wait was terrible. When i went to the window to pay everyone ignored me because i guess they didn’t want to work. There were three people standing close enough to the window where i can see they weren’t doing anything, so why is there not a faster checkout? You clearly see a customer at the window waiting to pay. Instead they were standing around talking about their personal lives ( While my icecream was melting ).I paid almost $11 for this watery icecream. Definitely not worth the money. And the employees working that night dont seem to have any care about making sure the customer has a good experience.
