I have to talk about this now because it’s getting a bit out of control. I came to this location for years. I always liked my food but lately, and seeing from other reviews I’m not the only one. I keep getting shorted my food. Its demoralizing enough when I come here and feel like I’m bothering everyone because all the employees look miserable everytime I’m here. I didn’t get a large chili I ordered at least two times. I did get my money back but please, you have got to reform the way things are here. I also got shorted a large fry from another order that I still haven’t gotten refunded or couponed for. Please, can someone do something about this? Idc how long it takes to get food as long as its done right. Thank you.

I am not usually one to complain, but this is the worst I’ve ever had an order messed up anywhere. We frequent this location quite often and have never had this kind of issue. We were short 2 medium fries and we only had 1 out of 5 drinks that were correct. I asked for a double baconator meal but got a single burger (not even sure which one). The kids meal was nuggets instead of a cheeseburger and another burger from a biggie bag was wrong. Out of all five meals, not a single one was correct. Unfortunately, because it was later and dark, we didnt realize what all was missing/wrong until we got it home and pulled everything out of the bags. We live 15 minutes from this location so turning around and going back wasn’t feasible. The cost of eating out is hard enough when feeding five people, but to pay for food and not receive it makes it harder. We didn’t even get a receipt to know what they thought they put in our order. It’s really discouraging but we will more than likely go elsewhere now.

This is the second bad experience in a row at this Wendy’s, so shame on me. I always order on the app and dine in. It was over twenty minutes from when I placed the order until I got my food. I watched our sandwiches getting cold, all that was needed to complete the order was an order of chicken nuggets and two fries and sauces. By the time we got the tray to the table the sandwiches weren’t even lukewarm. There are other Wendy’s, so I’ll never come back to this one. Oh, and they started charging for sauces.

Well if they got the order right we wouldn’t had to go back a second time to order salads they missed. Got home and the taco salad was minus the chili and sour cream. Look if your people were paying attention instead of having a gab fest this wouldn’t happen twice. I now will go 2 more miles down the road just to get an order correct and tell others how terrible it is. Hire better ppl.

This hasn’t been the first time that something has been missing in the order, happened again this evening. According to the DoorDash app, ordered food is now weighed in the takeout bag, and it weighed correctly according to the items ordered. How about read what the customers ordered, and make sure those items ordered are in the bag, rather than looking at a scale.

This Wendy’s has really turned around over the past year. They use to always mess up my order and never provide receipts. I’m glad it has improved. I will be going back now that they are finally on the right track. This time I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries. My only complaint is that the spicy chicken patty use to be a lot thicker. The past few times I have ordered this at different locations, the patty has been really thin. I feel like they have been charging more, and providing lower quality chicken.

Worst decision to go to Wendy’s tonight ever! I ordered a Jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag, two 6 pc chicken nuggets, and a double stack biggie bag. I got the two 6pc nuggets, a double stack biggie bag, and a junior cheeseburger. And the wait for my spicy nuggets was like a lifetime. I’m not normally much of a complainer, and it takes a lot to upset me but I live 2 minutes away from there and my food was literally ice cold. And that’s not even all. About a month ago, same location, I ordered a chocolate frosty, and it was just about everything BUT frosty. It was like drinking warm chocolate milk. This wendys used to be badass. Idk what happened, but I’m over it.

The food is usually good enough for a Wendys. There are times that orders are incorrect, the staff could care less about anything really at all at times, and fries are a crap shoot as to whether they are good or old.

The drink machine and the splash board behind it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years! The area for ketchup, napkins, straws, etc. is also always filthy and so are the bathrooms. The service is friendly but they need to do waaaay better at cleaning, if the front is dirty, how dirty is the area where you’re making my food? I mean it was really filthy. Please do better!
