My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our first dining experience at Darios. The food was served hot, was delicious, and offered excellent flavors and generous portions. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, with music at a comfortable volume that allowed for easy conversation. Our waiter provided excellent service, regularly checking if we needed anything. We found the lunch specials to be a good value. There was ample seating available, making it suitable for both small and larger groups. We would certainly recommend Darios for lunch.

Popped in for a quickie late lunch with a friend. Food was fabulous. Our server was nice too. I enjoyed a carnitas taco and my friend had a taco combo with rice and beans.
The only thing we didn’t care for was the salsa for the chips. A little too hot and spicy. Not a deal breaker though.

The waitress seemed uninterested in our party. Considering it was a large with potential for a big tip, it was disappointing. We were there on the Tuesday night and the restaurant was practically empty.
Example: When my food came, I didn’t have a fork and knife and had to wait for her to bring it to eat my meal. I asked nicely for a “boat load of napkins” (we were a table of five adults and four children) and she came back with three napkins. Really!!? I’m writing a review a week later and, honestly, I can’t even remember what I ordered because it was not memorable.
There are many Mexican restaurants in Santa Clarita that are far tastier. One down the street … probably a mile east.

Absolutely delicious food. the Fish Taco was so filling, the chorizo and steak tacos were nice and big the rice was amazing too.

I love this restaurant. I eat here all the time. Staff? Friendly. Authentic? Yes. Food? Amazing and at a reasonable price. This is literally one of the greatest restaurants ever.
12/22/24: another great visit. I had the adults pancakes. It was awesome. The potatoes have a great texture, and the eggs were great. The pancakes were also pretty good and filling. We were served our food within 20 minutes of sitting down, and it was fresh off the grill. Great job Dario’s!

nice staff and the inside looks pretty good. very large dining area and then separate bar area with dining and sports on. I thought the salsa tasted a bit like ketchup but my wife didn’t really think that but agreed not the best she has had. The House Margarita was decent. the rice was good, the beans were OK but nothing special. my wife had a bean and cheese burrito smothered in red sauce and it was decent she said but she likes our normal spot better.
I had a shredded beef taco which was pretty good, chille relleno which was very good and a cheese Enchilada with mole sauce. I have had alot of mole at many restaurants and I will say this one is my least favorite. it had too much chili powder or some spice I couldn’t put my finger on. maybe it was not the best batch they have ever made but in the end I think there are better spots to eat at at.
the bonus here is that if you have kids they have a bunch of things on the menu brunch menu including pancakes and various dishes to keep people happy.
