Every time I come to this location it’s always something. Either the employees have no personality, they a attitude or the food is wrong! This time we ordered four cones for all of us. First the person on the speaker was rude and said come to the second window then the other girl at the second window took the card, without saying hey cat, dog no nothing! Just took the card and gave it back to him. The other employee comes to the window with the smallest cokes you’ve ever seen. she gave him the cones then closed the window and walked away. We looking at the window n like what the hell is this!? Long story short, if you have to drive a little further to visit a BK do just that, because this one isn’t worth it!

I typically do not leave reviews but this was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I tried to order an iced coffee and was told that she did not have time to make one. I was the only vehicle in the drive through line at the time. After pulling around and waiting for 10 minutes to get the two biscuits I ordered, they finally brought my food out. When I got to work and opened it up, the biscuits were so disgusting it looked like a sausage patty. Not only will I not be going back to this location, I will not be going back to Burger King.

Today my father in law and I were craving a char grilled burger. We both came to the conclusion that Burger King would satisfy that craving. Tha closest one was on North Ashley st in Valdosta Ga. When we got there the customer service was outstanding, however after ordering and looking for a seat we quickly regretted our decision to come here. The place looked old and un-kept but didnt appear on the outside to be that old. When we got our whoppers they looked a little on the flat side (wish I took a pic) but the taste was satisfying up until we went to wash it down with our coke zero. It was tasteless like drinking straight salsa water. When brought to the attention of the staff no effort was made to fix the drink. I tried again before we left and they thanked me but did not offer to remedy the problem. Before I left I went the restroom only to find a barroom style toilet alone in a big nasty room. We will avoid returning to this Burger King.

Excellent service just now! These girls are doing a great job being Patient compared to The one on Hill Avenue and even compared to Chick-fil-A And a lot of other non fast food restaurants in town. Service doesn’t need to be bubbly to be good and I appreciate these girls are focused on Customers, getting the job done and using their brains. Managers are doing a great job Training your employees because they actually know how to run the register, apply coupons, etc.
