The whole experience was negative. First we had to wait 35 minutes to get our food, which wasn’t a large or complicated order. We ordered a burger, a chicken sandwich, and a bowl of soup. They could have brought the soup out first, but waited until they brought the sandwiches as well. Meanwhile, a family that had just been seated 5 minutes prior got their whole order just after us. The soup was clearly from a can and heated in the microwave. The salt that was missing from the soup was coating the fries. My dining partner couldn’t even eat the fries they were so salty. After bad food and a long wait, the 18% automatic gratuity was not earned. They put it on the menu that the gratuity is included, but diners should have the option if the food and service is bad. The included picture shows some of the concentrated salt on the fries. Overall, not worth the hassle.

Every time I cross the bridge, I stop by this restaurant! The avocado toast is my favorite, and you definitely have to try the caramel latte. The service is top-notch, and it’s one of the most delicious places in New York.

Today is Tuesday and they only serve breakfast from 1110am. The server lets us in around 1050am and we are able to order coffee first while waiting for the chef
We ordered cappuccino that came with distasteful latte art. Thankfully the hot beverage tasted okay. Wheat toasts served with our breakfast were burnt. The place can do with some repair or deep cleaning.

First time here and I’m genuinely impressed! I had the Grilled Caribbean Salmon Bowl — the salmon was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and so juicy. Every ingredient tasted fresh and well-balanced. The drinks were a highlight too — super refreshing and clearly crafted with care. It’s one of those places where you don’t just eat, you truly enjoy the experience. Can’t wait to come back!

While visiting the area a heat wave hit NYC. We have been multiple times and had never walked the Brooklyn Bridge. On this visit nothing was going to stop us. So in the blistering heat we started our trek across the beautiful Brooklyn Bridge. About half way across we ran out of water but kept on into Dumbo for that iconic picture but first we stopped at the Brooklyn Bridge Bistro!! We immediately ordered water and wings for the table. We immediately downed those cups of water. When we explained to the waiter that we would need lots more ice and water and that we would top well for the service they heard us loud and clear. The service and care they displayed was above and beyond! They even refilled out yetis with ice and water for our way back. My daughter also developed a blister and they had a bandage for her. If we weren’t so sweaty I would have hugged them all. But we gave them a loud thank you sooo much in our way out! They food was amazing! The service top notch and they left us with an amazing memory!!! Thank you again guys! We appreciate you! Lots of love from Canada!

The food is Absolutely delicious!! It’s a laid back atmosphere, with great service. Prices are very fair. The kale salad is to die for, the mac n cheese is the best ever, and the chicken tenders are juicey and super fresh! I’ll be coming back 🙂

Our waiter Dave, was also the maitre’D, the cook and the owner. A Friday night with plenty of diners, yet the restaurant ran smoothly and efficiently, some help called in sick. The inside is very well done, plenty of room between tables so never sounds loud. All pasta is home made and yes, you can tell the difference. Our food was plentiful and delicious. We ordered Fettuccine Pescatore and Fettuccine Salmone with calamari appetizer. Wine is offered only from a NJ vineyard, so Dave made us a very tasty sangria. I would have brought my own had I known it was BYOB. The dining experience was excellent and we plan on returning.
