First time at this restaurant and a great experience, especially being a little skeptical because times we would pass by the restaurant it usually had an empty parking lot. The service was great, very attentive, polite and helpful. Willing to bring samples of sauces to decide which flavor to order. There were several screens on sports but yet a family oriented atmosphere. We ordered Sweet Smokin’ onion rings, 15 traditional wings (5 of Lemon Pepper, Sweet Habanero and Korean flavors). The wings were well cooked and full of flavor and closely followed the heat chart. The fries were also good. We will be back.

Sierra was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond as a host, waitress, and even bartender. The place was packed for the Thursday night football game, and despite the rush, Sierra made our experience incredible. She stepped in to cover for our original waiter, who was busy with a large table, and made sure we were well taken care of. She checked on us regularly, was very thoughtful, and had such a friendly attitude. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Sierra!

WAITRESS took 5 dollars out of my card for a tip now im 100 percent sure I didn’t tip and the reason I didn’t tip was because she was rude, hardly came to our table for anything and she would see us waiting and waiting for check and still wouldn’t come to us. I don’t care because it’s 5 dollars but this isn’t the first time they have taking money out of my card when i specifically put NO TIP… I have tried calling them today march 3rd at 11:20am and a man said he couldn’t help me with my problem and to try calling later…

The food was great, should of been a 5 star restraunt. But what they lack is seasoned fries. While most competition has a variety of seasonings for the fries. Serving fries plain with no salt is lame. Your better off not serving fries. I requested salt and got table salt. Ugh, still doesnt help make it taste better. Please work on this for better review ratings.

I always order to go salads here and they are so amazing. Always so filling and loaded. Today however my salad looked a little disappointing. It looks like they just added less than an ounce of chicken and just shredded it everywhere. For $14 I got a side salad.

I’ve gone twice during my lunch hour, place is dead. They take forever. This last time I went got the wing lunch special, and was charged an extra fee to have my wings sauced, as per waiter. So a lunch special I thought would be under 20 bucks came out to 25.

Shout out to Sierra. She is so funny, attentive, patient and sweet. I was having trouble ordering a virgin drink and she prepared me the best virgin michelada. I am definitely coming back because of her. Ask for Sierra .. her drinks are the best.

Last night I met up with some friends to watch the UFC fight. The waitress was awful and worst service I’ve experienced here. She took more than 30 minutes to say anything to me from me getting her attention from another table. The service was terrible for all of us, she came to check on us a couple time, she was taking cups away with out asking if we want a refill and also took a plate of food that was not finished eating. I got boneless wings and it made me sick after eating. Then she was trying to force everyone to tip at 18 percent! When paying my bill she input the tip and I said absolutely not, I am not Tipping anything. The waitress was also flirting with another coworker and maybe that distracted her from performing customer service and doing her job but no excuse! I will re-consider If i want to return. Disappointing!
