This amazing Portuguese restaurant is a must! We come purposely from Long Island to eat here. Of course it helps my Mom living in Rhode Island.. Lol. This restaurant is just a big added bonus to the visit. The owner is very pleasant and always happy. It also worth noting that the food is carefully prepped by his wife and another family member. Give it a go you won’t be disappointed if Portugues food is your go to.

Love it here!!! Portuguese music with outdoorsy feeling.
Great food everytime. The dessert & Cappuccino is the perfect way to end your meal. Drive-thru to pick up take out for those chilly nights!

It was not the best. The steak felt more American style then portguese. The male behind the bar maybe the owner seemed to have a following of people. At times I felt forgotten about. I felt it was slightly over priced as well. I have had decent amount portguese food and it has been better and slightly cheaper or same price but I got more. There cash price and card price. I would have liked the yolk cooked through. I didn’t realize the red container was hot sauce because it wasn’t labeled. I tried there house desert. Chocalte and vanilla pudding with Maria cookies. I have also had better of that type of dessert it’s popular in portguese places. At the end of day there was nothing that makes me feel like I really want to go back.

Delicious, understated restaurant/bar. Service was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The wine jugs and dishware are very charming.

I went with a group of 4 and everything we ordered was quality. I especially recommend the Pica Pau – a medley of spicy, flavorful meats with high quality fries, rice, olives, and pickles.

Bar atmosphere is casual. The food really delivers.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Primarily based on the owners personality and service he provides alone! The restaurant was fairly busy and he seemed to be the only person working we walked into the restaurant where there isn’t much space to wait the whole restaurant was staring at us as we waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. After waiting 10 minutes he put 3 menus on a table without saying hello, that we could sit or anything my boyfriend said hello and he walked away. We sat for a few minutes at our table and decided to leave after being ignored and rather embarrassed. He cannot run the restaurant alone and if he can’t afford to hire workers I suggest it’s time to close up shop! Awful experience.

A nice little hidden gem in Cumberland. The food was delicious and our waiter/bartender/busboy was busy, but took the time to talk with us about his country and heritage.
