I knew something wasn’t right when I had the first bite of the chicken, it was real tough, and the flavor felt too fresh like it’s been sitting in there forever, the rice was also very hard than the usual even the plantains had no flavor and we’re a little bit hard, waste of $16

Better than your average Asian mall spot. The burnout chicken was really good and the spicy chicken with the onion and peppers was a close 2nd. I wish had they had white rice as an option, but I didn’t see that as an option. I know this is a commonality among food court restaurants, but it would be nice if they could start offering free refills for drinks. I mean I’m spending 4 dollars in a cup and some ice, they least they could do would be to offer at least one free refill on soda. Otherwise, I’d recommend coming here especially considering there’s only three other choices at this very very sad mall.

Abhorrent behavior, I was yelled at for wanting to sample the chicken before I purchased it. I waited in line like everyone else and this lady treated me like absolute trash. She mocked me and used another customer has a mode to insult me further. When it was time to pay she didn’t even want me to purchase the food and loss time and money because I ended up walking away from her screams.

The other time the same two lovely ladies had packed 3 boxes of food for themselves 2 hours before closing ! A tip for the owner they’re closing early and losing you sales. This lady would rather spend her energy being rude and then make you money. Literally served my food and told me to go elsewhere !

This is an okay food court restaurant. I got the double bourbon chicken with noodles for dinner and took it to my hotel room for later. When I ate it about an hour later it was cold, which I expected, but it didn’t have much flavor. Some of the chicken had burnt ends, and the bourbon sauce didn’t taste that good. The noodles didn’t have any flavor earthed. When I was at the mall someone in my group had food from here and said it was really good, so I don’t know if I got something that didn’t taste good or if it just didn’t taste good because it was cold. It didn’t taste bad, but it didn’t have any flavor, which is why I gave it three stars. If it tasted like this when I got it instead of when I ate it cold I would’ve given it one or two stars, but eating it cold was my own fault, and I don’t know if it’s bland taste was because of that or if that’s how it came from the restaurant.

The lady at the counter keeps giving off extra food when it’s her friends and family but when it is your turn she keeps nagging or ignoring you. She messed up our plate twice and she did not give us sufficient food to us. When questioned she says people need to pay extra where in just in front of our face she kept giving extra food to her friends. She billed us too fast and did not even give us water. She was unhygienic and super lazy. Never visiting this place again. Horrible threatening atmosphere. She never apologized. The manager needs to know about this and keep her on check for sure. WE PAY FOR THE FOOD AND WE NEED BETTER PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND THIS WHEN IN A HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.

Just came back from the FT Boat show kind of hungry so i decided to have lunch at Tobu. Was cordially greeted by the owner himself. He was so proud of his place smiling all the time. I tried LoMein , bourbon chicken & spicy chicken as well. And I’m glad that I did It was Delicious. I’ll return when in the area definitely. Overall the kind service is what got me the most,a rare thing on this days.

The food was great ! But it seemed like the owner or the man at the cashier came and grabbed our plate and then spilt som rice ( no biggie) he went to go clean it and grabbed the garbage bin and with the same gloves went and touched our food ! I asked him to change his gloves and he stormed off like a two year old and ordered someone else to finish us . As someone who’ve worked in restaurant that is common sense that u don’t touch a garbage bin and then grab the customers food . Like I said the food was actually decent but he truly made the place look bad to me and the other 6 people he did that in front of . How can we trust the cleanliness if you’re showing us in front of our face .

We live locally, we have eaten here once a month for over a year. Food is great. This time the owner , I verified and have seen him allot refused to give a cup of water to a disabled person who oredered a meal. He also would not allow the use of the app buy 7 get one free. I tried to have a decent conversation with the owner when I saw what was happening but he told me shame on me after I said shame on him. Maybe with the virus he is hurting im not sure. I do know I will never ever eat at his establishment again and hope disability persons stay away from the man Spend where people are happy with the promotion they offer and helpful.
