Bad Food I got the Gremlins Midnight Meal and couldn’t eat it. The guy at the counter didn’t give me the Gremlins stuff either. Until I asked. They take EBT at least.

I went through the drive thru. I ordered the Gremlin midnight meal. The server appeared distracted she identified the wrong order. Then when she found my order she didn’t apologize made no eye contact while handing my order. Did not include the sweet and spicy sauce which was the main reason I ordered this meal. No napkins and no gremlin air freshener as advertised. I don’t live in the area and too far not worth driving back to complain this is the next best thing. Check your orders before you leave. The approximate time was at 9:30 on 12/23/2025. Just in case you might want to speak with your employee about customer service

We order from here rather often due to the fact it is within walking distance and ordering ahead is easy. They usually get our orders right and it is really convenient from start to finish. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich however I don’t find it to be very spicy, especially since eating at Dave’s hot chicken. They are two completely different restaurants and I can’t really compare the two. One thing I really like about jack in the box is that they serve my favorite food (breakfast) 24/7 which is great. So when we are looking for a quick meal that checks most of the boxes for fast, easy and good prices this is our go to spot.

The food is fine, the fries top notch but the burgers so so. However, staff is super friendly and nice, we were served by a blond woman who was just so lovely to us. Her kindness really made our day

The breakfast jack was smaller than i expected and I could taste the fry oil in the hashbrown. As a former restaurant employee with 4 years of experience I was disappointed. Plus the soda machine was out of most of the sodas and only a few diet options were available, which I understand because it was the lunch rush so they were busy but still a let-down, could’ve been fixed when doing prep in the morning

I decided to try this location because I saw it getting renovated .. big mistake! The place looks good, new paint! That’s a facade though.
Inside, the tables are not cleaned and dirty. I saw other patrons busing and cleaning tables before they sat.
For me though, the service and food is foremost, it’s a fail for both at this location. I ordered the Loaded Breakfast Combo (#24).
When I got my order my hash brown was in pieces. I went back to the counter and asked for a new one, oh dang she was pissed of being called out! Instead of apologizing she tried to justify that it’s the same.
After a few minutes my new hash brown was ready. She called out and when I got to the counter she threw the hash brown on the counter.
I took the hash brown and went back to my table. Nope, I didn’t argue, I didn’t make a scene. The last thing I want is to confront a JIB $20 per hour crew member having a power trip.
I’m just not coming back!

Hello I went into jack n box tonight and ordered the special and the lady said said thay don’t have it.but I bought it yesterday. And I went home and saw it on a commercial still advertising it.don’t go to the Huntington Beach store on Ellis and Beach. Every time I go in there it’s a bad experience and language problem with the workers. I will never go back.get real jack.
