This place is absolutely filthy!! There’s a leak in the ceiling, filthy menu board, dust collecting around the air vent, the front of the counter hasn’t been wiped in ages, nor has the pizza portal.

Food will take forever if you order ahead or not they will give your pizza away if somebody comes in with a online order because they have theirs away as a hot and ready and if you don’t stand in the store and wait they will railroad you because they gave it away to the angry people in the store update I think I made them mad by waiting in the store they showed my food no love box can’t even close

This is the worst location we have ever been to. We have tried giving them another chance but nothing gets better. They will give you terrible customer service and raw pizza. Last week we ordered, went in to pick up, and they “forgot” 1 of the 2 pizzas. We finally get the forgotten pizza home and find that it is raw! What is going on here? The employees just do not care at all about the customers. Terrible experience, will never be back. Now I see why they have such a low rating.

My experience here was honestly good the cashier had told me my pizzas will be done within 10-15 minutes,I had enough time to go do my other groceries near Kroger and when I went back during 15 minutes back to pickup my order was done in time hot-n fresh.

This place is by far the worst I went there last night and picked up food for my birthday and the only reason I chose to go here was because we were stuck at the mechanic shop for hours and didn’t leave there till 9pm Long story short, the pizza was by far horrible. It was undercooked. It was cold the crazy bread I ordered two crazy breads both of them were gooey like if they weren’t fully cooked just biting into it and chewing it tasted like I was chewing on a raw dough. Disgusting I will never be going back to this Little Caesars again. They need to learn how to train their employees the right way on how to cook food it’s crazy

Please check your pizzas this was in the morning the food should be fresh but this pizza was old pizza I know for a fact it was from a day before the wings were not fresh corporate needs to check this place out horrible food dry hard as a rock pizza old pizza I drove 20 minutes when I got home right away I knew it was pizza from the day before please check your pizza before taking it home. Ordered wings and a deep dish pizza. The wings are extremely salty, even after patting off with a papertowel, they still were not edible. The pizza was overcooked and had minimal cheese. Will not eat from this place again.

If you ever think about buying pizza from here DONT!! I called and called on the 25 and 26th not only did the mobile app not update because they didn’t confirm my order was ready but when I finally got a hold of someone “Aracely” said that I needed to return the 2 day old pizza to get a refund? Who keeps old pizza around? I asked for GM no response and when I asked for corporate number she said 1-800– which is a lie I had to call another location to get the info. I called back and said I need your supervisors number and she acted like she couldn’t hear me and put me on hold!!! I understand that I’m not paying top dollar but wow! Horrible experience it deserves no stars but I have to give it one!!
