This new item was recommended as something to try and it didn’t disappoint. The fries chickpeas had the right amount of seasoning and when combined with the salad dressing, it gave the salad just enough heat to be pleasant but not overpowering. I added pinto beans for extra protein. I hope this becomes a regular menu item!

First and last visit to Taco Time.

The drive-thru menu screen was half broken, making it impossible to see all menu items. The employee taking my order failed to mention additional options, which already set the tone.

I specifically asked which was better — the crisp burrito (beef vs chicken). I was told the difference was the cheese and that the chicken crisp burrito has cream cheese. Based on that explanation, I ordered the chicken crisp burrito.

Instead, I was given a chicken taco.

When I went inside and calmly pointed out the mistake, I was met with defensiveness instead of accountability. I was told, “There are four of us here and we all wear headsets and heard you say chicken taco.” That response was unprofessional and dismissive. If that were true, how would I have known details about the chicken crisp burrito’s ingredients unless it had been explained to me?

With four employees on shift, not one demonstrated basic customer service or attempted to resolve the issue.

This occurred on December 17th between 12:00–12:30 PM. Poor communication, poor service, and no accountability. I will not be returning.

I went in specifically for a chicken crispy taco after a tough day. I was so excited nwhe. I got home to eat it…. But ummm it was bean. I was so disappointed. I ended up tossing it. I am not a fan of bean crispy because they are always soggy. Ugh. I tired calling but no one answered. I just wanted chicken. Now I am hungry and sad. Lol. Not really sad. But for real how does this happen

The food is tasty and a consistently high quality. The staff is friendly, and they are very fast with filling orders. This is one of the only places around where they not only know what soda water is, but you can pour it yourself from their fountain.

Taco Time has always been a solid place for me to eat with a gluten allergy. Yesterday I got a taco salad (beef) with sour cream and got so so so sick. Definitely got glutened. :/ if you have a gluten allergy be careful at this one unfortunately.

Last minute big order for the Seahawks game went over without any flaws. Outstanding service with the order ready when we picked it up.

We like this Taco Time because it is just off the freeway and a place the whole family agrees on. We usually stop here for dinner after a long trip. The service has been good, although they could use a bell at the front counter. I like that the bathroom sinks aren’t behind a door that requires a pin for access. The sheltered outdoor dinning allows us to let our dog out of the car. The drive-thru does run right next to the outdoor tables. So, there are occasional orders that disrupt your meal.

Taco Time must pay it’s employees well because they are always friendly and hard working. The burrito was missing pumpkin seeds like I’m used to, and the sour cream was pooled at the bottom, but I’ll still give them a good review because this place hits the spot.

REALLY fast service. I hadn’t decided on a fountain drink when our food was ready. They also circled the restroom code for us and brought a booster seat without us asking. My lettuce in my burrito was still frozen, though, so that was a little gross. Otherwise everything was great!
