My past 2 visit have been anything but enjoyable. Both occurred through the drive thru and the employee taking the order has been short and abrasive, rushing the order and getting attitude when I ask for modifications. Additionally, I got a 2nd hand high when pulling up to the window, it opened, getting smacked in the face with the pungent aroma of Marijuana.

Got a gift card and stopped in for a panini, was 100% disappointed. The bread was soggy and it was brought to the car unbagged, no napkins and only partially cut. Decided to try a breakfast sandwich a few days later and while looking over the menu the person working was overall rude, left without placing an order. Haven’t been to this location in over a year and definitely will not return.

I placed a large order online in the morning and set it up for a later pick-up time. I arrive 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. When I walk in the server at the register then told me that they had not looked at my online order and it would be a few minutes. A few minutes turned into 45 minutes later. The muffins weren’t cooked, the staff could not put together my coffee to go boxes, they only prepped 1 of the 12 cup coffee boxes then I had to specifically ask for the 2nd that I had paid for. By this time I am now waiting for a new pot of coffee to brew. They had no stir sticks and the creamer that I was given ended up being curdled. It was an overall horrible experience and I will not order from here again. Staff was nice but they did not care and were very slow and unorganized.

It’s quite pricey.
I had a breakfast sandwich and it wasn’t spectacular. The coffee is good and the iced coffee is good but it’s overpriced. The restaurant is very clean. the bathrooms very clean. The cashiers are very friendly

No soups, no chili, 2nd time in 3 weeks. Please fix the entrance door, it slams shut and almost gets my heel. That has been like that for over a year. This location was nice before, wish it would be again.

I really like the turkey bacon club and I hate mayo and tomato and every time I order my sub without both and without a doubt, its loaded with mayo and tomato. I tried to call and ask for a refund or anything but the phone just rang.. no one picked up i’m not sure how to resolve the issue so i’m hoping by leaving a complaint they will reach out and hopefully stop messing my order up.

Omg went 2 Tim Hortons today and they weren’t busy so I ordered a snack wrap with aside the hash Browns and coffee .it comes to $8 let’s see $8 i went to the window paid for try to use my points they said I couldn’t I said I didn’t have enough I said fine just go ahead and take this my debit card so I left went home and ate the hash Browns on the way which were cold and hard And I was there about 9:30 in the morning so that was odd that they were old. so I get home and Open the snack wrap and looked . my mouth fell to the floor it was the size of a small tiny taco and I thought oh my God I paid $8 for that I thought nope so I wrapped it up. and went back to Tim Hortons when I got there the girl . approached the counter she said is there a problem.. wonder why she would say that. so then I said yes can I speak to the manager. she goes I am the manager I says you’re kidding she said no. and I said so I opened up the snack wrap and I said look at this that costs me $8 She said ma’am you ordered the snack wrap I said yeah look how little it is. And plus it’s cold and the hash browns were cold . she Said it is what it is. I said you’re kidding ! that’s how you treat a customer . I said I’ve been in the business 30 years and never have I treated a customer like that .you should make it right so then she proceeded to say (some girl whispered in her ear ) and I said who is that and she said she’s a manager or she goes I don’t give out names and I said oh she manager she said yes . And I said what is your name ? She said it was Annie .so I said okay I’ll take the refund so she refund me The snack wrap I said you’re kidding ! she goes no and I said the hash browns were cold I said is that how you make it right! You’ve got to be kidding me .!so some young girl the third girl that work there didn’t get her name she peaks around the corners as ma’am we’re trying to do the best we can and basically I said mind your business I wasn’t talking to her so to make a long story short I said you’re gonna take a chance of my 2 million people who see my post on google maps you’re gonna take a chance of getting a bad review because you don’t know how to handle the situation I said okay. well she give me my money and I said have a nice day I hope no one else gets treated the way I did and I left.. chances are I won’t go back there again they need to train their workers better than what they did if they need help I’m available I’ve been in the business 30 years
