Was intending to go to the indian buffet nearby but was busy so decided to try this place for the first time. Glad I did. Now I got some premade meals for the next two weeks. They have an app to track points and new menu options each Tuesday and you can order custom made stuff too.
Definitely gonna make this a more regular place for when I want to take some heat it and eat it macro counted great diet lunch options to work!
I did the build your own bowl with the black bean burger and various veggies, and it was really good. The bowl was out really quick.
They also have many choices for already prepared meals to go.
This will be a go to for my family.
Edit: I’ve downgraded to two stars today 5/11. They were closed today (Sunday) with absolutely no notification, no emails, no warning when ordering. I drove 40min and tolerated Pooler traffic only to find it’s closed. This wasn’t the first time they closed on a Sunday with no notification (happened about a month or so ago). Now I have to make different arrangements for my meals.
Cleaneatz, I love yall, but please work on your notifications. If someone orders a pickup, please email customers if you’re closed for whatever reason. Or have an alert of irregular closed hours/days while ordering. Now I’m afraid to order meals not knowing if it’s open or not.
I LOVE the convenience of these meals. It’s so easy to just pop in and grab meals for the week. They have meals that fit individual needs as well (I tend to stay lowish carb). They do close on Holidays, I saw a review of someone complaining they closed without warning on a Sunday and the date they gave was Mother’s day. They also complained about the month prior a day they were closed (I’m assuming Easter) When they do this they extend the pickup time frame by a day to make up for it and they do inform customers as they come in and also had signs posted for both.
I do have a few comments on the food itself and it’s probably just personal preference and in no way will keep me from coming back here. Some of the meals have odd pairings and can be inconsistent with what’s in them, I really enjoyed their burger bowl that they had over fries but for some reason they switched to rice or pasta and I’m not a fan. I got a steak omelette recently and the steak was really shredded beef. Poutine with no gravy (to be fair it may have just soaked in) made with chopped potatoes instead of fries which is a staple for the dish. Overall though the food tastes fresh, has good flavor, and reheats well.
