What a find for good ol’ diner vibes. My fiancé and I enjoyed ourselves from the time we walked in. The service was so kind and genuinely friendly. Francis was our server and what a doll! The 3 meat omelette was delicious, loved the fresh veggies in it. The waffle was thick and fluffy and everything we wanted. Super attentive and quick service. Donna kept coming by to make sure our coffee was topped off and ask if everything was ok. So nice to know that good service is still out there and today we found it at Kathy’s Kichen. Definitely will be regular customers now!

Our server Jennifer was very nice and welcoming.. you can sit anywhere theirs an open table so we sat right by the kitchen an the smells of fresh ingredients increased my appetite. I ordered the homemade waffle with pecans 3 eggs scrambled with cheese the home fries an 2 turkey sausage links an a bowl of grits. My wife ordered Mitchell’s Mayham which consisted of a gravy biscuits with shredded cheese an eggs on top we even got French toast an eggs for our son let me tell you this place is a Dimond in the rough for sure as for everything we ate was great…. I highly recommend this place for breakfast. They even serve lunch for 11 till 2 if your ever in Goldsboro NC give this place a try

Food was great, alot and at a cheap price too. I got a three meat cheese omelet minus any veggies and it turned out perfect and larger than I was expecting. The place has a whole feel of family owned and still family operated, I was told pictures on the walls were their regulars. Loves that. The waiter was friendly, welcoming and kept our drinks full the entire time. Cant wait to try them again and maybe try their lunch menu next. The burgers sounded amazing. I definetly recommend.

Wasn’t what I was hoping for in seeming like a down home type of place. Server was friendly, portion size was ample. However, hash browns were not crispy in any way, neither my sons plain hashbrowns or my loaded shreds. Place seems like it has a LOT of regulars, which is good. If I came again I’d have to try something without the hash browns for sure
