You can’t really be a good firehouse sub. This place is conveniently located with plenty of shopping next to it. Tons of parking available. The sandwiches are always good here and the staff is pretty decent as well. The funny thing is as I left a tip today not only did thewhite staff say thank you she told the rest of the White staff to tell Malcolm thank you also. Lol it wasn’t needed but appreciated. I will be returning.

Everything is always great at firehouse. The ingredients and quality are always on point and the staff is always friendly. A sandwich should never be more than $20 but that’s not the employees fault, they did a great job.

Very consistent location, we visit a couple of times a month and it’s always good. I enjoy the meatball sub and the hook & ladder is a great choice also. They have the best quality bread that’s always soft and fresh, which is always a plus. Plenty of parking as well.

Sad to say but we did not enjoy our sloppy sandwiches, poorly put together and lacked the proper ingredients in 2 of the 3 sandwiches. I’m not sure the staff has been properly trained in preparation of sandwiches. The staff was nice for sure but we were disappointed in the quality and flavor of the Firehouse subs. The turkey sub was ok, the Pep Pizza sub was made with the pepperoni spread across the top of the sandwich like a blanket, on top, not in the bread at all. The Zesty Hook had no garlic, one thin strip of onion and a tiny clump of turkey wadded up to one side. The meat couldn’t be any thinner, you could see daylight through it.
We have eaten here before and it’s been OK. Just ok. Don’t know if we’ll return. Very disappointed. Can’t give more than 3 stars. Giving that many because we know they can do better.

By far the best FireHouse I have ever visited. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. I rushed in before they closed and was still given amazing service. Renee was the associates name that took care of me at this location. She definitely needs a promotion or a raise. This is going to be my new favorite location to visit. Tan was another associate that was amazing. They were great at their job and happy to be of service. I visited the one out by Hamilton place and didn’t receive the same kind of service . 5 stars all the way around !!!

I love firehouse. It always taste fresh. The only issue was there was barely any tuna on it and I asked for no onion or tomato, add black olives and banana peppers. Unfortunately, they didn’t read my order and it came with onions and tomatoes with no banana peppers and black olives.

My 7 y/o son asks to come to this restaurant religiously after church. We always get fantastic service, the food is so yummy, & I can always expect a clean and kept environment. On this specific visit, Renee at Firehouse in Red Bank, TN helped us with our order. She is upbeat, inviting, & efficient when it comes to getting my order correct (every time!). She is also a team player and as soon as she was done taking orders, she immediately hopped back on the line to help process the orders placed. Additionally, the line to place orders moved quickly and efficiently thanks to her. Finally, the food is always done in a timely manner — Highly recommend the Hook & Ladder!

Workers were rude to each other. One told another to leave, and they jumped around on orders due to requests. They offered up drinks and chips as compensation. I ordered online and received my one sandwich 20 minutes later than my estimated pickup time.

Friendly staff. Food was ready when I arrived – ordered pickup for 9 combos for work. Staff made sure I had everything I needed and even offered me help out to the car.
