Went inside cause even when there’s nobody in drive through line; it takes forever. Again; there was nobody in drive through yet when someone pulled up after I walked in, they said “please wait a moment” & never went back to them till 6-7mins later by which time the line was “around the store” (it was not). I went to get an order corrected after my bf was charged for the cheese & bacon I added on two fish sandwiches. I then ordered a burger for him. My burger was ready within 5 mins & just sat there. I watched the time on my two sandwiches that were correction orders, reach 15 minutes while they catered to the 3-4 cars that pulled up AFTER I had already been there a while. I asked for ice since there was none, I was told hold on a second then she forgot about me till I asked again. Meanwhile I was standing AT the counter. While at the counter I watched multiple burgers be made directly on the make table without any paper or sanitation happening. Needless to say; my boyfriend now has food poisoning. I got a small bit of it (AS A PREGNANT WOMAN) but not as severe as him. I sat there for 25 documentable minutes just waiting. Also; I ordered a large drink & fry. Was rung up for MEDIUM. … I get maybe fish take 7 mins to fry… but for me to watch the timer go for 15 minutes before it was cleared & wait another nearly 10 before I was given my meal? On top of that, she (short lady, blonde hair & tattoos) THREW my bf’s burger at me in the bag. … not happy with this visit.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I was waiting for sometime to order food, but received no acknowledgement from the front desk. I felt ignored. She was busy talking to her co-workers – a very unprofessional setting. I ultimately had to leave without ordering anything. I won’t be visiting this location ever again. Thank you for your terrible staff’s terrible performance.

This place (putting it nicely) is an absolute joke! They treat their employees like straight trash, if you don’t fit into their “ click “ then you’re a no body! They couldn’t care less about their customers! The wait time for food regardless inside or drive through is crazy long! This store houses the DM and it’s still one of the lowest rating stores make that make sense because clearly it don’t! All in all this location needs to be revamped and some serious training needs to happen!

The drive thru lady with the eye brow tattoo was rude and disrespectful. Her resting angry face made me feel she was to good to be their and she had somewhere better to be. When I asked for my receipt(work cc) she crumbled it up and put in my bag instead handing it to me back with my cc.

Most reasonably priced fast food in Springfield other than taco bell. Make sure you get the app on your phone as it will save you a bunch of money. My only real complaint would be that the fries aren’t great but with the app you get a free large fry if you spend a dollar so I can’t really complain too much about free frys even if they taste like cardboard. I love the Whopper it’s just a great sandwich for the price.

They should close this place down. The short lady with blonde hair and tattoos is very rude. The hours are from 530am till 1130. Went to the drive thru at 6am and was there for 8 minutes and no one answered the drive thru. Over the past 2 months over a half dozen times no one is answering the drive thru speaker, and it’s well after 6am. The times that I do get my order, it’s the blonde hair lady with a very bad attitude. She should find a job that does not require her interacting with the public.

Race to the Bottom!!! 0 stars avoid. Workers do not care at all that you sit and wait 20 mins just for a jr whopper and 2 kids meals. At no rush 5 pm saturday night with no one in line or inside! Very greasy and no napkins

The Impossible Whopper blew me away! I’ve been vegan for a while, and this is definitely the most realistic meat-free burger I’ve ever had. I totally would’ve thought it was beef if I didn’t know otherwise. Give it a try!
