Ordered from both sides my grandson got his taco bell (half our order) I asked 3 times afterwards where the rest of the order was they kept saying it’s on its way people came in and left and some sat down to eat and got their food definitely WILL NOT recommend this place so unorganized we ended up getting refund for KFC side of the food we never received. If I could give a 0 and it be seen I would. Unprofessional.

Frances the New GM went above and beyond service for my order that was packed wrong in a delivery order. I had spoken to her before placing my online order she was very courteous after my order was delivered she answered and recognized my voice right away asked if it had been made wrong i said yes. She made the order herself and was brought to me. It is hard to find folks working in the food industry that have her qualifications that KFC location needed someone like her for customer service. Frances my mother 92yrs old said Thank you so much for her dinner prepared by you and not ruined her evening meal.
We will continue to patronize this location with improved changes that have been made there with mgmt.

I don’t know why I even try to eat here. It had been over a year and we thought maybe it was better but no it is awful. They have no sense of order in the back and so many people were waiting for food and some were even asking for refunds because they had been there so long. My online order showed ready and when I got there I waited a bit and then asked about it and they had not even started it. I was then told they were out of what I ordered so I could get something else which was fine but then still had to wait another 30 min for my order. The last time we tried to eat here I was there over an hour trying to pick up an online order that they said I had already picked up. I was yelled at and made to wait. Today will be the last time I ever go back!!

Good food bad service stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the lady talked to one of her friends who worked there but just got off work. Then it took 15 more minutes to cook my food. The hole time i stood there she acted like i was not there.

I placed a to go order from inside the store. What I ordered was opposite what I received. But when I called back to inform the Mgr of potential future problems, the oriental “mgr” accused me of attitude. The cashier was polite and professional. I was only giving her a heads up. I WON’T BE BACK. Bush’s is right next door.

Dumbfounded at how poor of an experience this was. When I walked in, there was a 4-5 year old child of an employee literally standing on the counter where you order and where your food sits when it’s ready.
The employee could not hold attention for more than 3 second spans while I was attempting to order and then forgot food in my order when it was done. Food was decent, but was an overall terrible experience

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by loud, obnoxious employees—sounded more like a rowdy bar than a restaurant. Our order was wrong, and when we politely tried to fix it, we were met with attitude. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, the employee insisted they “did nothing wrong” and made us bring the food back to the counter to prove it—only to find out we were right. No apology, just more attitude.
While we were trying to eat, another worker came over and started sweeping directly under our table. When we asked her not to, she walked off and started talking trash about us to her coworkers loud enough for us to hear. Completely unprofessional.
Between the rude staff, chaotic environment, and lack of basic customer service, this place was a mess. Definitely won’t be back—and I’d recommend others stay away too.

This place is extremely slow on service and it is nasty. I walked in today instead of going through the drive-through. There was trash everywhere in front of the counter and in the kitchen area. There was a cleaning bucket with dirty water and a big flat box on the counter where customers order. I talked to the manager. She stated she is shorthanded and she is not getting good quality people that will work.
