I went here on a Tuesday night about 6pm. The restaurant was so crowded like they were giving food away. My friend told me her food is always good, so I decided to try it. Boy was she wrong. First off I waited 25 minutes for 6 wings. I was super tired, but hungry as well. I got my order & look like day old chicken fried over cause they didn’t want to toss it. Mind you it was only 6. I called the manager & told no problem I could bring it back. Would u serve somebody this? Never again

Clean location, fresh chicken. They didn’t have ketchup. And the manager was on his cellphone the whole time I was in there. They called him to get money out the safe, he was OK his cellphone, he was on the drivethru window..on his cellphone., went to the back and came back…on his cellphone..
Other then that it was very comfortable to eat in.

I placed an order today at this KFC in Munster on Ridge Road. I just had a conversation with my coworkers stating they had problem with this particular KFC. I responded by saying I haven’t had any issues because I generally don’t eat KFC. I ordered wings the day before and they were great. I decided to order again and I was very disappointed. The wings came with absolutely no sauce as I requested and no gravy with the mash pops. I thought this is an easy fix and just a mistake. Walked food back in and spoke with Matthew. Matthew told me that the sauce was on the wings. I couldn’t believe he lied to my face. He said if they remake them they would come out the same. I explained to him that I had this wings the day before and they had sauce. I know the difference between sauce and no sauce. He looked me in my eyes and said again the wings have sauce. I decided not to go back and forth and requested a refund. Matthew proceeded to give me a refund with no issues. I’m most mad about the lying and lack there of from this particular location. It seems as they are short staffed like a lot of places but please take accountability. I will not be back to this location and I ask you to always check your food before leaving and I hope you get someone that is willing to resolve your issue.

Its not often you can walk into a place, especially fast food, where the employees actually appear to enjoy their jobs and enjoy interacting with the customers. We came for the app exclusive bucket of wedges with queso. The wedges are so good. Queso could be a little thicker but it had a good flavor. It was also really yummy to dip the chicken into. Its been so long since I’ve been to a KFC. I definitely want to come back more often. Thanks for the fun experience.

Placed an online order while sitting on the parking lot which was empty. No customers, saw 2 employees, not busy at all. Pull up to drive thru, collect my food and drinks. Drink was wrong, they fixed it. Get home, biscuit is missing and chicken is extra crunchy and I asked for original. How distracted can you be with no customers and 2 employees to where you’re getting an online ordered that’s typed out. Haven’t had kfc in years and this was a bad experience. The pot pie was hot and good.

I went to KFC in Munster for the Tuesday special at 5:46 I placed my order after STANDING IN LINE FOR 10 minutes before I was waited on . I ordered 2 Tuesday specials which consist of legs and thighs. In addition I also ordered 1 large macaroni and cheese and regular Cole slaw.
As I was waiting a man named Dave who ordered after me received his order before I did.
The server proceeded to try to fill my order and soon I was in my way home by 6:30.
I was surprised and upset that when I got home I did not receive the legs and thighs I had chicken breasts and wings. I WAS NEVER INFORMED IF THE SUBSTITUTE AND I DO NOT EAT CHICKRN BREASTS OR WINGS. I tried calling to report the error but no one picked up the phone.
I waited 45 minutes inside for my order and I was given what I did not order.

Ordered big box with chicken tenders with original breading, was told they were short staffed and I’d have to wait 20 mins for them. I was in no hurry so I said ok. Drove to the window to make payment and did so. Then I was handed the order. I was surprised and said no 20 min wait? Lady said no. Drove 5 mins home. I was given COLD SPICY CRUNCHY chicken tenders along with cold biscuit, cold mashed potatoes and no sauce. Horrible meal.

I would give us zero stars. I live in Munster, Indiana, and they couldn’t even be bothered to take orders while they’re doing shift changed not to mention they didn’t even state that when you’re sitting at the speaker through the drive-through I’ve never seen such Idiocracy and or poor customer service in such a long time, considering that world we live in today
