Place is legit. I eat a LOT of Chorizo all over the country and I travel for work. It’s my favorite food. This place is a straight 10 on Chorizo. Super quick, smiles all over, great staff. I’ll be coming back.

I wasn’t going to post this, though it has stayed on my mind, so I will, and move on.

I was really looking forward to going to the restaurant based upon the reviews.

I walked in the door and there was a few folks in front of me. One gentleman even complimented my jacket.

I saw two females behind the counter cooking. No greeting was given to me, and I put that aside because they were cooking.

I was waiting patiently for them to take my order.

Minutes later a couple entered after me. I immediately saw them walk to the far right. I didn’t even notice that there was a gentleman behind the counter.

First service fail.

I had been standing there clearly, and neither of the females acknowledged, nor told me where to go to order. As far as I am aware I didn’t see signage, nor notice that the gentleman was to the right.

Second service fail. He himself obviously having seen me did not direct me to him, or advise the couple that I entered before them.

When I got to the counter again, no acknowledgement that I had been standing there.

When the food is ready one of the female loudly yells the orders. She is positioned right at the counter when everyone goes to pick up the food. No salutations, no greeting again. Doesn’t tell you where to get utensils, straws, napkins. She waits for you to say thank you or acknowledge her. I didn’t

While the birria taco was one of the best I ever tasted I will not be coming back again.

We have lost of way of human decency, kindness, pleasantries.

I work in hospitality and hours on hours greet, acknowledge, make someone feel welcomed.

The fact that this simple courtesy isn’t established here is a shame.

Amazing food and quality service. Atmosphere is run down but you come here for the food, not dining.

These tacos were absolutely delicious (Carnitas, barbacoa, and pollo). Just look at them, the picture speaks for itself. They have a nice little toppings bar as well for whatever you order.

Simply the best tacos I have had in a long time! The Al Pastor (marinated pork loin with pineapple), Barbacoa (braised shreaded beef) and Ribeye tacos were all winners in my book. Add in the tasty double taco shells, premium Corona beer, free toppings bar and the fact that I got carded for the first time in 15 years by the friendly staff and you have one of the best taco joints anywhere, not just The Best WNY tacos. Highly recommended by this foodie!

Best authentic tacos this side of Transit Rd! Cheap, ridiculously delicious, amazing everything. Be sure to load up at the bar with fresh salsa, guac, and get the orange peppers! They’re spicy but savory!

It’s the *BEST* Mexican place in town, and I mean that very seriously. Their delicious homemade food and kind staff makes it nice to sit by yourself or bring friends. I went for Cinco De Mayo and sat at the bar having birria tacos and drinking their homemade Strawberry Jalapeño margaritas. Even though they were crazy busy, they still talked to me and were so kind. They even had music playing, which just added to the ambience.
I just wish their bar was open on Weekends and that they were open later on Friday/Weekends. That’s my wish, but it does not take away from this amazing place in *any* way. I just get greedy for more lol
