Usually no one at the counter in the morning.
Have waited 5 minutes for someone to appear.
Now they’ve come to make the music so loud I feel like I’m in a bar.
There is no reason a patron should have to shout over music to have a nice conversation with an accompanying friend.
Other patron complained also.

Came in with my family staff gave us a warm welcome I have a family of 5 we ordered 5 whopper combos and a kids meal my son loved the new toys dinning room was very clean and welcoming this will for sure be one of our new family outings once a week ! Everyone is so friendly and caring

I ordered crispy chicken meal. There was nothing about the chicken was crispy. It looked old and kind of dark. I received coke instead of sprite, no ketchup for the fries, bunch of onion rings in the fries. I didn’t get a straw for my drink, I had to park my car to go get it inside. Twice I ordered croissants sandwiches with bacon. I asked for well done bacon, it was just horrible. Why is it so hard to get what customers order? Never again.

Girl at drive thru. English was awful. Sorry but true.
Then ordered, this had to be repeated twice and she still got the first item wrong. Then ordered onions rings. They don’t have??
What the heck? I guess nothing was ever done to address the first issue.

Trash Burger King. Need to do better. Messed up my order and went back in to get the correct sandwich. I was blamed for my order being wrong when clearly on my bag it showed the mods needed. Globs of mustard and I don’t eat mustard. Fiery Chicken fries that I ordered were regular chicken fries. No dipping sauce added although its on the bag and in my order. I was really disappointed with some of the staff. Only 2 people on shift had any idea of what was going on. Will not be coming back. I didn’t have it my way.

Initially didn’t have the best experience, Glenny messed up my order after redeeming a code and then accidentally voided order and then wouldn’t rectify her error. She then walked over and told Jimmisha something in creole im assuming telling her something other then that she simply made an error..Thankfully Jimmisha was there to help and did her best to rectify Glennys mistake. I appreciate Jimmisha coming to the rescue she’s the only reason I’m not leaving a one star review promote Jimmisha immediately!

My own fault for keep going back to this location, I should no better by now but closest one to me. Screwed up my order once again, specifically and clearly axed ( ) for 2 Sausage, Egg and Cheese and got 2 bacon instead, terrible terrible service, DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Order online at 9:35pm arrive at restaurant at 9:55 they have a paper saying they close drive thru at 10pm, order said ready at 9:50pm! A lady mopping the floor see me but dont acknowledge don’t ask just keeps moping!
One lady comes out 10 min later letting people know that is closed and that she has 1 order left, she talks to me sees my order and said one sec.
15 min later they come to the window for the first time saying that they are closed
Meanwhile they were still making their food to take home but my friend how about my food that has been paid already? The bag full of burgers is sitting there and they telling me they close and have to come in the morning to make my order.. so 20 min sitting on the drive thru watching them cook some burgers but not for the online orders for themselves and keeping the online that was already PAID FOR IN ADVANCED 6 whopper jr 2 double whopper 16 nuggets. ( them familys are eating good tonight with my money)
If they would have just said at the moment we arrive. We are closed, we have no online orders please leave! No one would have wasted 25 min sitting on the drive trhu. But they came out they said they had 1 online order and they kept it.

Worst BK ever! If you live close to this one, I strongly urge you to find another one! I’ve gone 3 times hoping that we would have better experiences, but each time was worse than the one before. We asked for light mayo, and they gave us a mayo sandwich. We asked for fresh fries, they gave us ones that tasted like cardboard. The sprite tasted like it had cleaning product in it. The milkshake tasted spoiled. The drive thru staff is so rude and they rush you when you are ordering. They always forget to include all the items you order and give you attitude when you ask them to make corrections. I strongly think the health department should pay this place a visit because something ain’t right!
