The service was fine, took about 12 minutes for our food to be ready. The food was disgusting. The chicken was brown and the teriyaki sauce they had was barely even brown and tasted sour. The sodas they had in the dispenser barely had any syrup and were flat. I’m trying to see the positives but it was not good, we couldnt even finish our food.

Garlic chicken and veggies were tasty. I recommend pickup rather than delivery though as my delivery was “after one more stop” that was not on the way and it’s definitely better fresh and crispy. Not Roxy’s fault I was lazy though.

I usually get the Katsu Loco Moco and it’s usually very good. But sometimes they overcook my eggs and one time actually forgot them altogether. But even then they’re really nice folks and I’m sure they would’ve helped me out if I had called or driven back. But yeah solid good Hawaiian food. Shoots.

I’m sitting here eating the sweet garlic chicken plate. It arrived pretty quickly after ordering via Door Dash. I was pleased with the speed of the delivery. However, the chicken tastes very old and dried out. Very stringy and chewy. The flavor is good, so I’m eating it anyway. It tastes like maybe it was made a long time ago and possibly microwaved. I normally like Roxy Island Grill or Ate Oh Ate. Though I’ve never ordered from this particular store, I don’t know if this is their usual level of quality.

I came into Roxy’s for a lunch break. It’s close to my work and I always wanted to try it and I’m glad I did. The staff was friendly, and my foot was hot, fresh, and made quickly. If you have some time you should eat inside, by the fountain drink station they have some bottles of sauce that are really good. One of them was inconspicuously labeled “Mix” and was absolutely delicious. Thanks to the staff for a great lunch.

My sister and I decided to try Roxy’s for a quick dinner. One thing to note, the food is cooked fresh to order so it isn’t fast food. However the wait is worth it.
The serving sizes here are very generous for the price and the service is also good. I was debating whether to get the Shoyu or Kalbi chicken and the girl at the register said she would do both for me in my order! A perfect solution for my foodie dilemma.
There is some seating inside the restaurant but we noticed most people were getting to go. If you are short on time I would recommend ordering a head of time and picking up.
Anyway, if you are hungry for some Hawaiian food stop on by Roxy’s!

The store has lots of space. It seems though that they cater more for to go orders as only few tables are setup. The bbq short ribs I ordered was great. It was very flavorful.

Food was great and the time it took for the order to be made was actually pretty quick considering it being lunch time rush.
