Sign be back shortly sign was posted when we arrived at the counter. We waited in line behind others for a quick return, but had no success. We took our children to the bathroom, washed hands and found another place to eat. We ordered our food, waited and finished our meal before someone returned to the counter, as did the other people in line.

10-20-24 3:15 pm My husband and I came into the mall after church we ordered two cheese dogs and two sugar free lemonades. I went to get ketchup from the dispenser on the counter it was empty I asked for some from the two employees behind the counter the female employee handed me a nucleus of about 8 ketchup packets stuck together full of ketchup I was so shocked the man standing behind me as I placed them on the counter said ” She gave you Those” I picked them up as they were dried together and handed them back to the male employee behind the cash register. I AM SADDENED TO SEE THE RESTAURANT I GREW UP WITH AND THE AMOUNT OF BAD LAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE GIVEN

I would give 0 stars if possible. The audacity of the employees there was just out of this world. My friend ordered fries and they were both cold and stale. When I asked if they could remake them for her, the employee gave me a look that could kill and within less than a minute she called out our name once more with such hatred in both her tone and facial expression. The fries were not better at all, they went from cold to hard as if she just dumped the same fries for a few seconds to please us. If the fries were heated properly to start with, this would have been another great trip. Yet those two girls were by far the worst I’ve dealt with in fast food service.

In the beginning they did not ask my name or give a receipt then they took 30 minutes and the people after us were served way earlier than us when we ordered just two corndogs. When we confronted them about the order they gave a side eye and when we finally got our order they basically threw the corn dogs in my face which were severely undercooked and basically stone cold raw. We also had to pick up trails of saliva out of our plate. Very disappointed. Never coming near here again you just lost a customer.
