San Antonio you guys need to come to this location if you’re on the south side or passing by! I had an awesome experience today, the manager Tia was very helpful and professional we need more Managers like her! I had picked up the wrong order and when I went back she took no hesitation and made another pizza for me while the line was full! Her and the team are amazing they need a raise for their hard work! I recommend visiting!

If anybody is willing to drive to another Little Ceasers location other than this one I welcome you to. We ordered one stuffed crust pizza and it took over 35 minutes. We asked for cheese and pepper at the window so she wouldn’t forget and they still forgot it when they finally brought it.
They have a confusing system about where to park while waiting and good luck if they ask you to park there, that means it’s going to take a long time IF they don’t already forget about your order. Love yourself enough not to come to this location.

Ordered a Extramostbestest pizza with z crazy bread combo. Pulled up to drive thru window and was behind 2 vehicles. When I pulled up I was told to repeat order and name. Instructed to pull around to drive thru pickup lane and pizza would be delivered there. Order was placed @ 6:28. I called into store at 6:42 and male employee said et me check, answered phone and told me pizza had just come out of oven. Still took another 8 minutes to get my order and again had to wait because cheese and peppers were not included after I repeatedly asked for them upon ordering initially and when I called into store. 30 minutes in drive thru for one pizza and a crazy combo. Not busy, no customers inside. Unacceptable and not even an apology. Will not be returning to this location.

This store is horrible it’s supposed to be brand new and different than the old location but the employees and shift leaders r lazy and rude… Gone in person and waited 30 min to be helped at counter and than called and nobody answered…. Why have a sign that says call ahead and order when there to lazy to even answer the phones at all… Ive tryed calling in the morning, afternoon, and night and not 1 answer… Y’all need to hire new ppl or retrain y’all employees better…

I went to order and the lady just said “ok pull up to the window for your total” when I wasn’t finished ordering and then when I said I was sorry and that I wasn’t finished ordering after I said what I wanted she said “ok are you done”. I pulled up to the window and asked her to repeat my order and she mumbled it and I had to ask two more times. Then when I pulled up to wait she handed us the pizza while she was talking on the phone with someone. So rude and horrible experience! I will not come back here.

Waited for one pepperoni and one supreme for what seemed like an eternity. And they had our money. I finally called asked the girl if she forgot about our order. And I think she actually did our Receipt says 9:43 p.m. and the pizzas were brought to our car where we were asked to wait at 10:23 now I wouldn’t consider that fast food not even medium or slow food with no other customers waiting this is on acceptable if you’re in the mood to get charged and not it sure food I recommend this location. After We were ready to drive off we call the store and 40 minutes after our order was placed the girl brought out our pizzas!!! 40 mins KRAZY And not one apology or reason our order was just forgotten!?

Ok drove by this location saw 4 parked cars assuming it was the staff since they were park towards the back . One car waiting in the front didn’t see any customers inside and so I went by the drive thru and it took awhile for someone to even say anything then all of a sudden the girl asked what I would like or can I help you something to that manner . I just wanted a hot and readdddy. Well she said it was going to take about 14 or so minutes. Mind you it’s a “Hot and Ready” shouldn’t it had been ready? So I just left.
Disappointed so went to another location and it was “HOT AND READY!”

Love these guys on Nogalitos st. Always nice and cool. I know it’s not the ideal job, but they do it with a smile and make the process good . I’ve been there 4 times now .
