Go every week with my mom and sister. Great comfortable seating, love the “dine in” options to get coffee in mugs. Everyone working is always kind, bring out our drinks and food to table, welcome us and say goodbye. Coffee always good!

They charge $6+ for coffee and try to hand it to you through the drive through without a cardboard sleeve, a stopper, or a napkin. So I’m supposed to drive around holding a burning cup that splashes out the top, without any napkins. Trash brand.

The lady at the counter wouldn’t help me she didn’t even say give us a moment or anything I could just feel a negative vibe out of her body, people don’t think racism still exists…… Well guess what it does, but all in all I only wanted a cup of ice and the person that finally helped me wouldn’t give me a cup of ice because supposedly you have to purchase something now,,,,, well I’ve never had to purchase anything from Starbucks to get water nor ice……. So I didn’t get my ice and when I started walking out I could hear the lady that wouldn’t help me ask the other person what did he want and that person said he wanted ice, and then I can hear them mumbling something as I was walking away by the door but rude wouldn’t help me and made me purchase something for ice, like it was coming out of their pocket but Starbucks has never charged for ice nor water and I’ve never experienced racism like that in Starbucks today is December 9th 2025 and it is 5:09 p.m. and it’s their shift that’s in there right now

Ordered an oatmeal and half of the oats were still dry. Not enough water for it to be eatable. This was very inconsiderate give the fact that it was a drive thru order to find out miles away from the location the condition of my food.

I Went through the drive through the day before they were closed during normal operating hours. I went again the day after around the same time and they were busy. Waited in line for over 15 minutes. Received the order but it was wrong the woman making the drinks looked over at me and my partner and rolled her eyes. I asked for a refund on the one item and she got a nasty attitude with us. She didn’t want to give us a refund on the item that was ordered they were out of one of their main ingredients that make up the drink. So it didn’t matter after paying for a hot drink that I didn’t ask for, I insisted on a refund. The woman continued to give attitude and and said it would take longer to give a refund than to make the drink. I didn’t feel comfortable taking the drink she made after all that negative attitude she gave. This star buck is one of the more disrespectful stores in the franchise except a few of the guys that work there usually the nasty attitude comes from the women.

I come here about 4 days a week and order the same drink, with NO cinnamon powder.
I love the cinnamon power yall continuouslyyyyyy keep putting in my drink-even with the * NO CINNAMON POWDER* instructions on the sticker. There was one time I did forget to say no powder, that was on me- and I’ve not made the same mistake again. Yet every day is a gamble if I’ll be able to drink my drink or not.
Also, I’ve seen the other reviews about the wait. Recently I’ve come in and seen at least 8-10 people waiting for their drinks. I also ordered food the other day and my drink was done, but not my food. The barista asked me “what food?” and I had to show her my order on the app.
To anyone who would say “go to a different store” I would, trust me, I’ve looked, but this is the only one on the way to my job, otherwise I would gladly take my business elsewhere. Customers shouldn’t have to inconvenience themselves to go out of their way to another location just because this store lacks professionalism and consistency.
