Stopped in for lunch after being on the road for a few hours. The staff are friendly, and very nice.
The food was delicious, I had a BLT with cheese and the bacon was so tasty. We also had a burger that was cooked perfect. They also make home made muffins. There is also Lori’s Ice Cream, but it was closed for the season.
It was a week day we came in, there were a few locals at the counter. One thing I love about diners are the colorful local customers, they will start up a conversation with you and always a good source of local information. Plenty of parking.

The Traveling Foodie
Extremely slow moving and paced. Everything took forever. Cash only makes it difficult but they have an atm. Food is alright nothing memorable. Bacon wasn’t cooked enough and neither were the potatoes. Ordered over medium eggs and when the waitress served them she said over easy. Nobody claimed their dish then she guessed “over medium?”. We were waiting for one of our guests side of toasts for quite some time after all the food was delivered. Free coffee refills nice and steaming hot decent coffee too. Not enough toppings for the pancakes you pay extra for: for example we were lacking on the chocolate chips and bananas.

Stopped here for a quick brunch. As we arrived the restaurant started packing up however; service was quick, food was really good & served hot. Also nice sized portions. We will definitely be going back!! Thank you!!

I wanted to give a shootout here because they are wonderful and accommodating people, and the food is fantastic. Yesterday we were with my 3 year old who has autism. He is usually very well behaved in restaurants, but he got upset because we tried to cut up his food. He threw his plate on the floor with his waffle and the plate broke. We were incredibly embarrassed, but the staff were very kind about it and even brought us another waffle, which I wasn’t going to ask for. I wanted to thank them again for being so understanding and for cutting it up for him beforehand. As for the food, my peaches and cream French toast was delicious and my husband loved his omelette.

We drove there for breakfast this morning because of the mostly good reviews. The food was blah. The service was almost non existent. The place was also not very clean. I accidentally put my purse down in a puddle of dirty water next to the table and that water appeared to be coming from a leak in the wall. The establishment is also located at a gas station. I do not recommend.

We didn’t see any signs saying to seat yourself or wait for hostess to seat you, but none of the staff said anything. We gave it a moment, but the waitresses avoided eye contact and kept their heads down. 🙁 We left because we didn’t know what to do and other people in our party were annoyed. If you have never been to this hole in the wall diner, you’re definitely in for a great tasting meal. I absolutely loved my hefty ham and cheese omelette with shredded hashbrowns as a side and an English muffin. My husband said his burger has been one of the best tasting burgers he has had in a while. Highly recommend visiting this nice and welcoming diner.

Renter who is the “chef”, so to speak, couldn’t even pass his servsafe certificate test multiple times and has his friends certificate hanging up. So, no i wouldn’t eat at this place. I wouldn’t recommend this place or feel safe eating here.

Everything about this place is great, never had any issues with the staff, my wife, 17 month old son, and myself have been coming here since moving to the area.

Menu is great, its not like every other diner with the basics, for example my wife had recently gotten the peaches and cream waffles for breakfast. Couldn’t stop talking about it, my wife always trys and enjoys their specials menu whenever we go.
As I mentioned above, we go in with our 17 month old, hes generally not too happy we’ve left the house early, we ask for scrambled eggs and milk for him as soon as possible. His food gets there within a couple minutes. They’ve noticed he ate his eggs, and come out with an extra bit of scrambled eggs for him.
The place is all around great from the staff, to all the friendly people eating there. Thankyou Lori and staff! See you again soon!

Friendly , home style restaurant breakfast biscuits and graveyard eggs French toast and hash browns. All delicious with fast service. And at a great price.
