0 stars for this store and 0 stars for service. I ordered breakfast at 1030 mobile order. I was on my way from work. I get to the store and they cancelled the order as it was no lunch time. So they never made the order that I paid for and they breakfast policy per the male manager this morning 11:30 on 10/25/25 is you have 3 minutes from placing a breakfast order to make it to the store and pick up the order. Such a waste of time and gas. No where on the app did it say I had to be there a specific time. Manager said they do not make food until you get to the store. I don’t see how that’s different from being at the store ordering food and they prepare it. So why have mobile orders? Manager was of no help and his response was shrugging his shoulders. Please take this review into consideration and take action!

First, rounded down on my change cause of the “no more pennies.” My change was 6.59, why not round up to 6.60? Then I asked for saucein my order for daughter’s happy meal. Came with no sauce inside. McDonald’s again not working on quality and trying to take all your money.

The cashier was a complete sweetheart. I waited for a while for my food. She reassured that my order would be out to me. Because of my wait, she gave me a doughnut. While waiting, I gave no fuse. Patience sometimes pays off. Thank you again to the cashier. 4/24/25

Not friendly towards veterans on Veteran’s Day. Other places offer free sandwiches but this place does not. I can’t blame them though, they’re just trying to make money.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to this place without them messing something up that is easy enough to not screw up. They unfortunately got rid of all English speaking employees so it’s VERY hard to even get an order put in-they should really have someone who is able to speak English on drive through so it’s easier and less issues occur. I’ve never seen the issues here this bad literally anywhere else. I’d rather eat off a bathroom floor than go here for even a drink.

This McDonald’s is the most expensive one compared to others in the area. Only plus is that they have a play area BUT employees would bring their kids there and leave them unsupervised while they work. It seems like a good idea that management allows this but the children are often rowdy and leaving them unsupervised seem like a huge liability.

I LOVE that McDonald’s allows me to request fresh cookies. However, Rockaway’s 46 west McDonald’s is incompetent and chooses to not fulfill this request. I asked for fresh cookies at the drive through confident that I would get warm, soft cookies. As soon as I touch them they’re ROCK solid. I REask the representative handing me the food. She immediately says they’re “fresh”. I respond, “they’re freezing and super hard… can I get fresh cookies? She goes back and asks others. Returns with “these are the only cookies we have”. UNBELIEVABLE. I ask one more time, “I usually ask for fresh cookies”. she comes back not even 2 min later with luke warm cookies. I guess the staff wasn’t in the mood to do their job today.

Clean, quiet and safe fast food. The service staff is friendly and prompt and the atmosphere relaxed. Love the music offered; chick with great acoustics.

Who doesn’t love McDonald’s? Food is good, I like that they have a play area… BUT service, my goodness do they need training.. staff is nice but there is LITERALLY not a time where they get my order correct. I never do drive thru because I already know something will be missing from my order and I will have to go inside any way. .. I hope they get their act together by the time Wendy’s opens…Please train your staff on quality checks
