Embur is great, the food is sure to deliver. It’s a place we have been able to count on lately when we just want something good. Definitely recommend the chicken empanada with a side of chimichurri sauce (not what comes with it). If it’s in your price range their Chimichurri steak is amazing. Be warned the price changes and it’s up there. If not the steak chaufa is really good as well. Wasn’t a fan of the beef empanadas but that’s was personal preference. And that was the only thing I have tried so far that I wasn’t a fan of. Parking can get a little hectic during busy hours.

We stopped at Embur after a celebratory event and it was a great choice! There was no wait and the staff quickly accommodated our party size. They even accommodated our request to sit in a different area than they originally set up. The food came out fairly quickly. The salads were amazing and they cooked my salmon to perfection! Their rice is some of the best rice I’ve had in a long time. The staff was attentive and helpful with suggestions. It was overall a good experience and I would definitely go back. My only criticism is the automatic soap dispenser in the bathroom was difficult to read hand motion and I had to manually press the soap pump inside the dispenser. It made properly washing my hands a little difficult and I’m hoping and praying the staff doesn’t use that as a reason to not properly wash their hands.

This is the best restruant I’ve been to in a long time! You know, the type of place where there are several things on the menu and it’s hard to choose. I went with the avocado salad with rotissery chicken and it was super fresh and filled with amazing goodies you don’t see in most traditional salads. The pizza is amazing. The staff are friendly and they have a wonderful wine selection. I love it and will be bck!

Second time here after 11 months and they have elevated their game even more. The chicken empanadas were crispy and tasty and the ceviche was a generous amount of fresh fish and shrimp perfectly marinated with onions and a touch of lettuce.j really like the side of sweet potatoes which makes it very authentic Peruvian
They serve a nice Coute de Rone rose that was very good for the price Service was profesional and quick

I came in for the first time due to a recommendation from a friend. I had the lunch beef chaufa. It was absolutely delicious. The rice was with all the extras in it was some of the best rice I have eaten. Delicious food and good service.

If you’re looking for a real Peruvian restaurant, you’ve found it! The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is very good! We ordered the shrimp iza as a starter, which is a super refreshing and light appetizer. The lomo saltado was well-made. Now, the highlight is the ceviche: very well-served, appetizing and beautiful! The kind of dish that makes you feel happy at the end!

The only thing I would point out is the lack of a changing table for mothers with children. Other than that, I already want to go back!

Next time you visit Embur, do yourself a favor and always ask about the specials and always start with a pisco sour. Our bartender, Nick, was extremely pleasant, offered great recommendations, and made delicious drinks for both of us. We’ll be back soon!

This was my first time here and it was a wonderful experience. My Supervisor suggested this place for a few of my coworkers and herself to catch up and try something different. It was a hit!!!! Our server, Juan, was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and how to sell the popular dishes. I wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was DELICIOUS! It was a win for me so I would definitely go back again. I highly recommend this place, and highly recommend Juan as your server, you can’t go wrong for sure.

Just through casual conversations with my friend, I mentioned Viva chicken and how I like their food. My friend immediately recommended to meet up again at Embur Fire Fusion. And boy….was she right about it.

Embur Fusion serves great authentic food from Peru and draws inspirations from other latin cultures as well…..hence the word fusion. The food is better than Viva Chicken and so are the prices….they are a little higher. I would not mind paying that bill over again cause it is well worth it. High quality food and balanced flavors just light up your palate. The interior decor is chic, customer service is great and there is quite a buzz at this place.

We went during lunch but my friend mentioned that this placed is packed in the evenings. My biggest concern about this restaurant is parking….it is a bit tight. Besides that…..this place is phenomenal and highly recommend to visit.

Where to begin, first off I’d like to give a huge props to Paul, who took care of my wife & I throughout our entire dining experience. Thank you Paul.

We ordered a plethora of things and they did not disappoint. The drinks were top-notch as well. I had an old fashioned and it may have been the best one I’ve ever had. The food was splendid. The ambiance was perfect, and the open kitchen concept really makes for a great environment. We’ve been here before and will return. It’s a wonderfully ran spot.

Below are a few pics of ceviche, shrimp, spinach & plantains, and their bread is to die for. The Peruvian food here is full of flavor and balance. Go if you get a chance. It’s a great place to take a first date if you’d like to impress, or maybe an anniversary or birthday.

Oh and they have PIZZA!
