“The Hyde Park McDonald’s absolutely deserves a full five stars, and honestly I wish I could give them more. Every time I come here, I’m impressed with how consistently clean, organized, and welcoming this location is. From the moment you walk in, you can see the staff actually cares — the floors are spotless, the dining area is well-kept, and everything feels fresh and updated. My photos don’t even do it justice.
The food here is always hot, made correctly, and comes out quickly. In a world where fast food can be hit or miss depending on the location, Hyde Park McDonald’s really stands out. You can tell the team works hard and pays attention to detail. Even small things like the drink station being clean, the tables wiped down, and the staff greeting customers with a good attitude make a huge difference.
The atmosphere inside is surprisingly relaxing for a fast-food restaurant. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing something to go, it’s a smooth and easy experience. I’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s locations across the Hudson Valley, and this one continues to be one of the best. If this were a one time occurrence, I wouldn’t post anything but it has happened 2 times in a week. I purchased my child a happy meal with chicken nuggets and asked for honey mustard, showed up ok the digital screen and they forgot to put it, no big deal the first time. Purchased the same thing a week later, and specifically asked the guy if they put the honey mustard in the box. He said yes… You guessed no honey mustard to be found. I didn’t think it would be necessary to look considering I ordered 1 meal both times. Now I guess I have to now.

Hands-down, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. No salt on the fries no cheese on the double cheeseburger. They also did not fill up the fries or the McFlurry. I drove 20 minutes to this McDonalds just to be let down. What is going on inside there?

The manager who took our order was great! The GIRL at the second window handing food out ( pale makeup, 2 braids in the back of her head ) SHOULD NOT be working at the window if she hates her job! Horrible attitude!!! Would be such a better place if people were friendly..

Did curbside pick up. Seemed like it took longer than if I went inside. Someone was parked, not in car, in one of the pick up spots. Got home and the cheese put on the sandwiches was half a slice.

Don’t be fooled when looking for a McDonalds nearby. This one is tucked inside a Wal-Mart. The atmosphere is hectic with the Wal-Mart crowd and the eating crowd. There’s only two kisosks along with an attendee. They got my order wrong.
