Tabbert’s menu from the start consisted of homemade meals, lunch specials, soups, pies and deserts. Tabbert’s menu has not strayed too far from the original. Breakfast has always been the meal which always leaves a great impression on customers, with pancakes bigger than a large plate, French toast 2 inches thick, eggs made to order, mounds of fresh American fries and hashbrowns, biscuits and sausage gravy and thick cut toast. Tabbert’s Friday fish fry has also been a favorite of old customers and new ones alike, offering perch, walleye and haddock dinners breaded by hand in their homemade breading. You would be hard pressed to find a customer who has walked out our doors not satisfied after a meal. Thank you for your continued patronage.

Semi Trucks welcome. Driven by hundreds of times but never stopped. That was a mistake. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was super friendly. They have booze! They have a huge parking lot, bathrooms are clean. The French Toast is the best I have ever had, slices are very large and one is very filling.

This is the cutest old school diner with the BEST homemade food! They make their bread fresh and slice it as big as they want to make their french toast which is the best I’ve ever had!!! Their biscuits and gravy were great too and they didn’t just have sausage in the gravy but ham too which made it extra smokey and delicious. The staff was so friendly and attentive. We can’t wait to go back next time were in the area.

Amazing French Toast with huge slices, they do homemade soups and a large selection of pies each day. Always friendly and a perfect small community vibe, you can sit at a booth, table or the counter. Closed on Mondays and not open late other than for Friday fish.

Great little small Wisconsin gem located in Rosendale! Comfort food, relaxing atmosphere, reasonable prices, and large portions. Reminds me of the little breakfast cafes in the boonies up north I used to eat at with my dad

1st time here so glad I stopped I had the special this morning fluffy scrambled eggs with cheese, delicious ham and toast (homemade bread). Cute little place with lots of parking for big trucks. Waitress was very pleasant and quick service reasonable prices. Love the inside of this place! Traveling for work when I found this place I will definitely stop here again.

I saw a lot of well deserved positive review on here, but the one thing I didn’t see mentioned was their steak and eggs. I’m not normally a sirloin fan, but they do something with their seasoning, or they marinade them or something, and they are excellent. The prices are very fair too.

Eh – this place is…well…its a food place. Not really our cup of tea. Food portions were LARGE, way to large. The prices were OK but the food was greasy (we ordered breakfast…it shouldn’t be greasy.)
Parking lot is large for semi’s…so that’s a plus I suppose.
