The food was great. The bartenders were so friendly and so were the people who attend the place as regulars. I had a great time with the band playing. Just all above average place to hang out. Shout out to Bri!!! Love ya my new friend.

It’s a nice place and to hang out with friends and listen to live music. It was pirate festival day so everyone was pirate themed I’ve never been. I usually hit chef shack or pizza cottage but didn’t want to deal with traffic for pirate festwe went to my dad’s house after. I lived in millersport 1986 to 1989. But I always go to see dad. I used to see mom but she died 8 years ago from cancer unfortunately. I’ve been going to pizza cottage since 1986. Sometimes I change it up for the last few years just because I want to go to new places

I stopped by the Buckeye Lake Area and was told about this place. It was fairly good.
For the money I spent $24; I am not sure it was worth all of that. The atmosphere was ok and the food presentation was pretty good. I am used to a higher standard of food; so I probably would not go back there but I am glad I at least got to go!!

This Place had a great atmosphere and live band. Food was great pulled chicken had amazing flavor and the ribs did too. Nice little spicy kick to the ribs. Love that it has boat access from the lake and staff was helpful and very friendly

Took a road trip to Thornville to check this place out. Got the pulled pork sandwiches platter. Pork has a nice mild Smokey flavor and had the right amount of moisture. It was on a premium small sub bun. All the sides are homemade. The Mac n cheese had a great cheesy taste, just right amount of cheese in it and it was super delicious. The Cole slaw was a creamy style, had carrots, celery seeds,smooth taste, no bite. The baked beans were made with some brown sugar for sweetness. Talked with Mark, “The Pitmaster”, he definitely loves what he does. He is all about putting a quality product out for his customer. The also have an outdoor bar with the business. I believe the BBQ business is only open April through mid September. Get out and enjoy some of the tastiest smoked meats around.

This place is the place to go around Buckeye Lake if you like smoked meats. They have a huge variety from brisket, pulled chicken, pulled pork, chicken drummies, smoked bologna, as well as brats and hotdogs. You can’t forget the sides. . The potato salad is the whoop. They also have Mark’s famous baked beans which have a little different spin on traditional baked beans out of the can.. I don’t typically like baked beans, but these are really good. Don’t forget to try the stuffed mushrooms, and their famous beer bread. They also have multiple homemade sauces to go along with your meal. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed!
