The people who work there are friendly but my order always takes forever and is often wrong. Today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, and got some dinky 2 inch egg wrap. Putting aside the cost difference (which is a couple of bucks, but still), how do you screw up an order that is literally printed out on the bag? I’m fed up and won’t be back.

On a Saturday evening, I placed a mobile order for 11 a.m. pickup the next day for six Kreme Delight donuts. My kids and I had a hectic day ahead, and I was hoping this would buy me some grace. I instead experienced a Seinfeld episode where this DD could “take the reservation” but not keep it. I showed up as scheduled, and they didn’t have one Kreme Delight just an empty box waiting. They told me I should come earlier for specific donuts. Oh, earlier as in placing an order the night before?! Come on! They then forced me to take six other donuts rather than reimburse me when I told them I don’t want any other donuts. Both crew members were ridiculous in response placing blame on me. Flanders and Chester DD are so much more reliable and customer-centered. I will avoid a return visit.

Phone charging on the tables which is nice and the Wi-Fi is strong too.
Oh yeah the Boston Creme and Strawberry Refresher were excellent!!
$16.15 for a donut, drink, and a pound of tasty French Vanilla DD coffee which is reasonable.
I’ll definitely be back. Perhaps they’ll add a bike rack for people like me who like to bike there.

I’m still a bit shocked about my experience at this Dunkin. I went on a Sunday after placing a mobile order, they were busy and down a staff member according to the woman behind the counter. I was waiting for 25 munchkins when I saw a staff member carrying two munchkin boxes out from the back and put them behind the counter near the register. I thought, surely one of those is mine and she just made a mistake. At that point I had been waiting 15 minutes. After another 10 minutes the munchkins were still behind the counter so I asked how much longer and she said they are out of munchkins but will make more, it will be at least another 10 minutes. I said I’d just prefer a refund I can’t wait any longer, my husband was waiting in the car with my baby and toddler and it had already been 25 minutes. She said ok, wait in line for a refund. I waited in line behind 9 people and when I finally got to the register the woman at the register told me no, I can’t get a refund on a mobile order, but I can wait another 10 minutes for the munchkins to be done cooking. I told her I’d already been waiting 35 minutes and asked about the boxes of munchkins she had put behind the counter 20 minutes ago. She said “those are for someone else who already paid.” At that point I was a bit shocked because I too had already paid and usually when a customer pays the food or drink is put by the mobile order pickup with a receipt, not hidden by the cash register. So I straight up asked her if they were being saved for a staff member. She got tight lipped and walked away to check the munchkins in the toaster. After a couple back and forths like this, me asking if I could just have the munchkins she was clearly hoarding for herself or a friend, she shoved the box at me and told me to take them. I said thank you and left. I literally am just so shocked that was my experience. Luckily my children were well behaved waiting in the car. I won’t be going back!

I live in Mendham Borough and received a large ad for Dunkin’ Rewards in my mailbox today. It has our Dunkin listed at your address 25 E Main St but in Mendham TOWNSHIP not Mendham Borough!!!

I have been to many many Dunkin and I mean many because I’m a first responder. I’m always on the road 6 days a week. So am always at different Dunkin. By far, this one is the worst I bought a chocolate frosting and the chocolate was all over the bag it was so messy, and. When I try to switch it to get a next one they give me an attitude and the lady told me I smooshed it myself Why would I do that? I was standing right there waiting for my wake up wrap and saw it. Smh! Then she’s trying to say I’m lying to my face. Then there was a next time I order a croissant with butter. It’s like they put 1 pound of butter. when I go and ask for a little butter separate, so I put put it on how I want too. they don’t want to give me but other Duncan does it. I do not recommend this Dunkin to anyone. The service really sucks. There’s no love in the food making.

Worst DD I have ever been to. They are constantly out of donuts and munchkins. The service is terrible and orders are consistently incorrect. If not for having kids, i would never set foot in this place again.

Just saw the cashier handle money with her gloved hand then grab a donut with the same gloved hand. What’s the point of wearing a glove if you are going to cover it with germs then handle food with it ?

If I knew that when I asked for an iced latte they were going to pour cold milk in a glass add syrup and ice and call it a day I would have saved my money and done it at home. Infact that’s what I will do from now on.
