Tried the steak bites for the first time today and people, it will be my last. I bought the 9 piece for almost $10. The pieces were small and dry as sand. Been a long time since I bought and tried a food item that was so bad. Come on Arby’s, you’re better than that. Or are at least you used to be.

The roast beef at this location is different and of much lesser quality, taste, and texture. The cheese sauce on the sandwiches are heavily skimped. 3 visits on 3 separate weeks confirmed this is an ongoing thing. I will avoid this location, and suggest you do the same.

Went thru the drive thru. It was moderately busy. Wait time was reasonable. Staff were friendly. Food was hot and good. Great service!

Use to come here with my grandparents and it was great, now it just went downhill and the prices went up when I go to get a large ice water it’s a hit or a miss on if I’ll get charged or not, I’ve been charged 3 different prices each time which is incredibly odd because usually it is free, will stick with the Avon one since they never once have charged me for an ice water and their prices are lower.

First thing on a Saturday, the team was having communication issues. The first part of the order(online) was timely and on point, the curly fry order(in store) was another story. Overall good experience,the Italian is back;-) and I believe it was just a one-off.

This Arby’s is one of the best ones in Northeast Ohio. The staff is Findlay. The food comes out so hot. It burns your mouth. The drinks are delicious. Somehow everything from this one is just better the way that they shave the roast beef. It’s ultra thin and flaky and perfect. The ojus for the French dip is actually full. It’s not a quarter cup like everywhere else and they have yet to mess up my order in the entire time that they’ve been there. Hey plus a plus 10 out of 10

Came through Arby’s tonight wanting jalapeño poppers. Jayshaun and Tavon (probably spelled the names wrong, sorry ) were working; they were just so friendly and nice. So used to crabby people with no manners working drive-thru windows, so it was nice.
