Came here for a quick lunch and I wasn’t disappointed. My sushi was delicious and came with more than I thought it would, The miso was great.
Service was fast and friendly and the restaurant looked clean.
They also had options for my wife who doesn’t like fish.

Snoqualmie Musashi doesn’t appear to be the same Musashi as the Wallingford/CID/Factoria one.

This location has salad (plain, unseasoned) in their chirashi (super weird) and is $29. Also, less fish than expected. The chirashi at the other locations have more fish. I admit tho- the fish at this location taste fresher than the other locations.

Very tasty!! Food was good and portions generous. Plenty of options for people who don’t eat seafood too. Free tea, plenty of parking. About 22 seats inside. Not sure how busy it gets, but there was plenty of space while we were here.

A no-frills kind of sushi place. Sushi is very fresh and the portions are generous for what you pay. Bang for your buck! We ordered the bento and gyudon. The seasoning for the beef is done just right.

The place is clean and contemporary in design, but also somewhat spartan. More of a casual eatery kind of a vibe.

The quality of the fish at the restaurant is fantastic.

The service and quantity is great for what you are paying. One of the few places I would recommend going to eat every day as the food doesn’t make you feel tired or bloated after eating so I can easily get back to work.

Highly recommend the chirashi bowl.

Pricing is fair. A bit price than other food places nearby but I think $20 for their chirashi bowl is perfectly fair.

Delicious sushi restaurant. Ordered the takeout alaska roll (8 piece) and vegetable roll (6 piece). Both were really good.

We have been big fans of Musashi’s on Factoria, and it has been our favorite sushi spot for years! It’s such a pleasure to see one open up on the Ridge now.

Our dinner today was truly enjoyable, featuring the ever-fresh Musashi rolls and a chirashi bowl. The presentation was beautifully done, and the flavors were delicious. We’re thrilled to Musashi’s closer to home now!

It’s not the Musashi’s we used to have back in the days. (Previous Japanese owner in the Wallingford) We ordered take out for chirashi, California roll, BLT roll, veggie roll, tuna roll, negi tuna roll, hamachi kama, and seared salmon nigiri. Took about 50 minutes for the food to be ready after ordering. California roll was missing from our order and hamachi kama was very very dry. Rolls had tons of rice in them… i have never seen a maki so huge. You just taste the rice, and not so much fish. Such a disappointing experience overall.

Brand new in Snoqualmie. Very excited to have a great sushi option on the Ridge! Chirashi bowl came with thick slices of sashimi. Tasted fresh and not fishy. Ikura wasn’t fishy either. So filling… I only ate 1/3 of the rice provided. Will return!
