I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Domino’s Pizza Murphysburo location. I was sitting at the drive-thru window for 15 minutes and not a single employee came to acknowledge me. No greeting, no update, no communication whatsoever. They were completely ignoring me — and even the customers lined up behind me were left waiting without any explanation.
After nearly 20 minutes, someone finally decided to show up. And to make things worse, I was told that the order I had placed about 30 minutes earlier still wasn’t ready. No urgency, no accountability, and barely any apology.
I was late to work because of this delay. This kind of disorganized, careless service is absolutely unacceptable. Basic customer acknowledgment should not be this hard.
Management at this Murphysboro location seriously needs to step in and fix these issues. Customers deserve better than this.

Placed an online order. Checked the progress several minutes later and it showed order was ready. Waited at drive thru for 15 minutes and was told I didn’t have any food ordered just a donation to the “round up” cause. I showed the lady my online receipt for a sandwich and where it was charged to my debit card. I asked for a refund and the email says im getting a refund but will be 48 hours. Will not be wasting my time with Domino’s again.

Wow, severely lacking customer service skills! Order placed online at 5:56, app said it was ready at 6:13. I arrived at 6:23 and the little girl with braces says, “I’m sorry, it will be ready in 4 more minutes.” I pulled away, gave 6 minutes before pulling back to the window and was told, “I’m really sorry, it will be another 5 minutes, we got really busy suddenly.” Mind you, I have now waited 12 minutes longer than the app stated. So we waited longer at the window this time. A driver enters the building and 2 minutes later opens the window to ask if we have been waited on yet. As politely as I could, I said yes and then the little girl (I assume) told him we were waiting as she hands him our pizza. I asked what type of discount I would be receiving since the app said it was ready almost 20 minutes ago by now, as I opened the pizza to see that we received the correct order (we did NOT). Then I showed him the order was incorrect. He said we would have to wait for them to make a correct one and I said NO, I would prefer a discount for their mistake. He said I would need to speak with a manager. I asked to speak with a manager and was told, “Well, she is busy right now.” Are you kidding me!! I said, well, I will wait since I have already been waiting. Finally a woman came over to the wundow, took the receipt and said, ” I will put it in my pocket and give you credit later, okay?” I said, Thank you. I am home now and the pizza is COLD.

This was a terrible experience! I made an order thru the app, after waiting 30 min to get it, my husband goes to get it and they gave our order to someone else! They then had to remake it while he waited 20 more minutes. Then he drives all the way back home with it and we realize the 3 dip cups I had ordered and paid extra for were not there. I got wings with no sauce! I called back to complain and the girl puts me on hold and never returned to my call..after several minutes I finally hung up. They offered us $20 off our next order, but didn’t even give us a coupon so don’t even know how we would use that discount in the future and I am not going back for a very long time if ever after this experience! Then our pizza was made very sloppy and was obviously rushed and not cooked well! They should have given me a full refund at that point on this whole $30 order! I would have rather had that than a $20 coupon for the future!

This was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve ordered from Domino’s well over 100 times in the past two years, but the Murphysboro location is absolutely the worst. I tried to attach a picture, but it wouldn’t upload. The pizza I received had over two inches of crust around the edges with barely any actual toppings in the center. I ordered a chicken and pepperoni pizza with BBQ sauce as the base—but there was hardly any sauce at all. It was basically just cheese on thick crust. It was not enjoyable in the slightest.
I called the store to address the issue and spoke with someone who claimed to be the manager. He not only refused to issue a refund or fix the order, but also hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and clearly not interested in customer satisfaction. Very disappointed.

If you order online for pickup, give it at least an extra 30 minutes before it’s ready- even if the app says it’s ready- it’s not. 5 out of 5 times I’ve ordered online, gave it an extra 15 min after it’s finished I’ve always been told it will be another 10 minutes. Don’t understand why you have a timer that is unholy inaccurate. Today’s order took 1 hour before being ready, but app said complete after 20 minutes.

Delivery Tracker kept updating to later time until it stopped completely. I called the store and they explained a mixup and my order was fresh out of the oven and headed out the door. Food arrived in the expected time after that but it was NOT fresh as told and the dipping sauces were not delivered. My 1st disappointing experience with this location.

If I could leave no stars I definitely would. Pizza wasn’t done when they said it was on the app. Ended up sitting around for an extra 25 mins. The girl making the pizza (April) kept touching and rubbing her snotty nose. They were hitting one another with the pizza pans, cussing, and talking about how they had just sent a worker home for throwing up in the store. All makes me not even want to eat my food! This place is horrible. Will never go back.
