I was in the same parking lot this restaurant uses as a shortcut, and their staff regularly speed through a residential lot to get to work. Tonight, while I was waiting for a pedestrian to cross the street, I was aggressively honked at for not moving fast enough. The driver? The manager.
What makes this worse is that I’ve called before to complain about their drivers speeding through here and creating a safety hazard, only to find out the person I was complaining to is part of the problem. That tells me this isn’t a one-off mistake. It’s a management and accountability issue.
If a business can’t take basic safety and professionalism seriously outside their doors, I have zero confidence in how they operate inside. Between the reckless driving, the dismissive attitude, and the low-quality, greasy food, there’s no reason to choose this place over literally any other option.
Do better. Before someone gets hurt.

My friends and I got a coupon trays catered from Nick’s for Valentine’s Day. Everyone LOVED the chicken broccoli and ziti. The food was soooo good and the customer service was amazing. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you!

Nick,s is always my go-to restaurant due to its diverse and delicious menu. They let me down today. I placed an order for delivery to Chelsea, and one of the items was a Greek salad. The traditional ingredients of salads are fresh and green lettuce, but they sent a salad with yellow lettuce.
It’s shameful that Nick’s serve something like that. Please see picture.

Stay away. The so called manager Sammy is very disrespectful and condescending. I order from here at least once a week. I placed my regular order with the pasta special and they made it wrong. I get home to check and it’s incorrect. I call to let them know and ask if they can remake it and after denying that the order was incorrect they agreed. I wasn’t able to pick it up and ask for them to deliver it. I’m not too far away (5mins) and over 40 minutes and no food. I called back and asked for my money back and they said “well we made it two times.” “We’ll give you the money back if you give us the food back”. FYI it’s a health code violation to ask for food back from a customer after they’ve received it. I had to ask to speak to a manager. Something as easy of a fix as this and it was handled poorly. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

So, I love Nick’s in Winthrop and thought that ordering at the Nick’s on Squire Rd in Revere would be the same. Big mistake! I ordered a chicken kabob wrap add cucumbers. We did an online order. My co-worker went and picked it up. I bite into my wrap and immediately am disgusted by it. If I asked for cucumbers why did they put pickles in my wrap! I am not a fan of pickles at all. Felt sick to my stomach and spent 16.00 on something that had to get thrown out. Never again! I will stick to the Winthrop location.

Traditional Greek style pizza was pretty good and the buffalo chicken calzone was outstanding! This place is also incredibly clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return here!

Given this place 3 chances and the food has been just awful every time. Ordered a chicken parm sub and it seemed like the wiped all the sauce off the chicken and put Kraft parmesean instead of real cheese on it. It was literally just soggy chicken fingers with powder cheese and a hint of tomato

The salmon bowl with rice is delicious!! This place has such a broad menu so you can find pretty much anything you’re in the mood for. Tonight’s mood was salmon for me and BOY was it delicious! Quick and friendly service as well 🙂

I am never mad at the food from Nicks. They do a great club sandwich that I can stuff handily into my mouth at work and they’re consistent and tasty. Plus, they drive through window is super convenient.

There are rice bowls that are awesome. A burger so satisfying, no need for fries and the chicken parm pizza will have you smiling and humming while you eat.
