The management is terrible and the workers are completely unorganized. This is a very busy area, yet employees are standing around talking instead of helping customers. There was no one at the front, and the line was literally out the door.
After being closed for renovations, you would expect better service and better management not worse. If this location can’t handle the demand, they either need to seriously improve or just shut it down.
If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This location isn’t even worth one star.
THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER
They are consistently dropping the ball here, every time I come here I usually wait for 45 mins to an hour and I want to say 85% of the time I leave with no food. This location has been like this the last 3 times I came here, wasted my time for nothing and got no food. I have seen them give other customers comprised meals, or making a deal with them. They would say instead of the 2 pepperoni pizzas I owe you them, can I give you these other pizzas I have instead (these other pizzas are a different customers order). Then as that customer leaves, the actual customer shows up for the pizzas that were just traded away, and now that customer has to wait 25 minutes while they remake his order again. Then the people who work here are pretty dirty. Almost about a year ago I remember seeing someone handling cash payments and then without washing hands they went to prep a customers rush order (rush order because, his food was given way to another customer).
Well today when I came in to pick up my order I realized I had received 2 seperate email with 2 different time stamps showing my food was ready. When I showed up my food was NOT ready. The cashier said, “Well yeah your order actually should of been ready a while back, but it’s not ready because we have been busy:. At this point I had ordered my pizzas 45 minutes prior and arrived 15 mins after the second email stated my pizza was ready for the 2nd time. I then tell the cashier that this is always a problem here (the cashier smirked and shook his head as if he was agreeing with me), and I always wait over an hour for my pizza. The cashier said I know that, but I will have your pizza out in 15 mins. I explained to him that is the usual thing they say, and then I still wait an hour. I told him that doesn’t work for me. The cashier then said, Well hopefully it doesn’t take that long this time, it will probably just be like 15 mins. His words left me upset, hopefully it doesn’t take that long and PROBABLY 15 mins, not FOR SURE 15 mins. As I was telling the guy I was not willing to wait more then 15 mins, he left me talking to myself as he walked away. I mean like where is the customer service. It’s already an issue to order here, then you get treated like trash after you have had sympathy and given them a chance over and over again. I will not stand for that, I would much rather drive to the other Little Ceasars 15 mins further away or do my now Normal Usual order at Domino’ Pizza.
FINAL POINT, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.
The lobby was packed, which is fine, but the communication and customer service were not. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with bacon and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When we arrived, there were still several customers waiting on orders that had already been called in ahead of us.
One employee was standing on his phone and ignored us multiple times when we politely asked for help locating our order, only responding that “she’s busy.” I understand being busy—but acknowledging customers and offering help is still part of the job.
A friend of mine, unfamiliar with the QR pickup system, accidentally opened one of the pickup doors. Instead of offering guidance, an employee stood by and then proceeded to speak to him in a rude and disrespectful manner in front of everyone. When I spoke up and explained that he clearly didn’t know how the system worked, the employee escalated the situation, became verbally aggressive, used profanity toward me, and ultimately refused to give me my order.
That level of behavior is completely unprofessional. Mistakes or confusion from customers should be handled with patience—not insults, profanity, or public embarrassment.
A manager needs to be held accountable for how this situation was handled, and additional training on customer service is clearly needed at this location. I will be following up with corporate regarding this experience.
Very disappointed.
It was 1 cheese pizza…….. and the quality of the pizza was subpar at best……….
The customer service was ATROCIOUS. There was a young black woman that was extremely rude. Her greeting was “What yall want.” She was rude to every customer that entered during my hour long wait. At one point she slammed a customers napkins down on their pizza. She was also very rude and aggressive to the young kids working in the store. She screamed and talked to them in a horrible fashion.
If you have teens working at this location, please check in with them because they are being mistreated and may not be comfortable standing up for themselves.
Safe to say that we will not be visiting this place again.
The second time I ordered on the phone and they told me that it would be 30 minutes and they hadn’t even started on it until I got there. Another 20 minutes and they had it out. – it was burned..
The third time I had learned my lesson and ordered the pizza as if it was an appointment and should’ve been ready at a certain time (which was about 4 hours in advance) -it still wasn’t ready when I got there.
Lastly, yesterday I ordered again and the pizza hadn’t been started until I arrived. I ordered over the phone and they were trying to get me to get 3 deep dish pizzas to feed 4 people. I straightened it out and then only got the one that I needed since there are 8 slices and it was only 2 adults and 2 children.
-Anyway.. the pics below represent the quality of food and sub-par standards I’ve come to expect when ordering from this restaurant.
-KEEP IN MIND THIS IS THE DEEP DISH!!!
* COUNT YOUR DAYS LITTLE CAESARS!!!
The order was supposed to be ready at 7:30-7:35pm and it wasn’t. Luckily I called otherwise it would’ve been ready way later.
The lack of training here is insane, I’m starting to make arrangements for the city or food administration service to take a look into it’s environment inside I can’t even imagine. This is horrible.
I observed staff handling food without washing their hands and touching multiple surfaces without any sanitation in between. Food was being left out for extended periods, and the pizza-making area was a complete mess — ingredients scattered everywhere and no effort to keep it clean or organized.
This kind of disregard for hygiene is unacceptable, especially in a food establishment. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements for the safety of their customers.
