We came in on a Sunday evening to order milkshakes. They were busy and had a large order. The lady in the kitchen asked the one cashier they had to wait to take our order, without even asking us what we wanted, because they were too busy in the kitchen. We waited 15 minutes for them to even take our order and another 15 for the milkshakes to be made, even though the cashier said she was going to make them as soon as we had ordered. Terrible service overall and absolutely no communication with us as to when our orders would be ready. Will not be returning.

As a business owner and philosopher, they need to work on their customer service skills. They have no hospitality at all. Very condescending rude attitudes. I’ve only seen one lady up there that actually has an upbeat positive attitude and it’s definitely not the lady currently working the window. It’s 12:47pm 12/30/2025 I don’t know what her name is but whoever is on the shift right now, she has a disgusting personality. They also do not answer the phone so I’ve had to contact corporate and the BBB.

I’ve gotten take out through the drive through a couple of times from this location recently. The staff has been so outgoing and friendly and funny both times! I enjoy this location even more because of them. I ordered the Cobb salad, a funnel cake, and the strawberry lemonade. All of it was delicious! The funnel cake tasted like the old school ones at the fairs that were so good! The lemonade was so good I can only have those two a couple times a year. And the salad was great. I hate the traffic on woodruff and the location isn’t great (I don’t like the parking lot and drive through setup) but will suffer it in order to go to this location again.

i’m honestly amazed at how zaxby’s gets exponentially worse each time i go. it doesn’t even matter which location, but tonight was by far the worst. service was okay, we got our food super fast, but it felt like we were missing half of our meals. barely any fries, tiny boneless “wings” that were almost entirely inedible, even the coke tasted like they were running out of syrup. i am not a picky person by any means, but christ our meals were TERRIBLE.

I just ordered a DoorDash order saying no onions and peppers because of a food allergy I have and they put them on anyways. I can touch them but if I eat them that is a different story. I was lucky I did not bite into the Philly before noticing this mistake but either way they need to do better! The sweet tea is also not sweet at least in my opinion.

I had a little bit of a long wait but overall satisfying meal. This location definitely has fresh chicken and fresh fried fries. The cashier offered to take my trash when it was all over and I thought that was an awesome touch.

Love Zaxbys!! Great food done right!! They have lots of options and all are worth trying! Personally my favorite is the Wings and Things combo!!! Spicy fries and bbq wings with chicken fingers and lots of ranch!!! The toast is great too!! The best ice in town with the best iced tea!! I can’t say enough about how much I love this place!! I highly recommend it!! If you have not tried it before, you don’t know what you are missing!!!

The girl who took our order was nice but when my friend asked which flavor she recommended you could heat the manager in the background say “Oh my God” like he was being difficult or something. Then when we got to the window he asked to pay for another strawberry lemonade and she was just as rude to the cashier as she was over the speaker.

I get it .. you want a fast drive thru .. however can you please get the customer service right before you try to be fast.. we did a mobile order.. not the best experience.. wanted to order some egg rolls at the speaker and couldn’t .. tryied to order extra sauces and they closed the window.. and didn’t even give us the sauce for what we ordered with the food. The fries was old and un seasoned after we asked for extra seasoning . thank goodness we had ranch in the fridge ..I mean dry chicken tenders? Is that a thing now ? hey zaxbys let’s try quality over quantity and see how that works.
