I ordered 2 bowls through the app to pick up for an easy dinner & when I got home the bowl ingredients weren’t correct, one was missing the guac (which is not a cheap add in) & the bowls were significantly lighter compared to how full they usually are from any given Chipotle. It was a major disappointment.

March/2/2026 I tried to stop by for lunch around 3:00pm and they were closed for some reason even though thier hours said open. Also the young African American girl was sitting there on her phone doing nothing but scrolling on twitter watching fight videos and could not be bothered to do her job because I think she wants everything for free?

Absolutely, worst place in Annapolis employees are all nasty and had attitudes, The young African-American girl is by far the worst employ that they have very rude and snippy and seems to have a level of entitlement that is just beyond me. I really wish they would clean this place up.

At 8:30pm they were completely out of pico and guacamole and had no intentions of making any more nor did she tell us until we made it down the line. They had one person on the line who didn’t even speak English and 4 standing in the back room packed up ready to leave. The hours said until 11pm right now, not sure what’s going on at this Chipotle.

Music is always loud, woman’s restroom is being broken for over 2 years, and no one has fixed the door handle.
And is really uncomfortable going into the bathroom.
And everyone sees you sitting in the toilet. There’s always missing.

I had carne Asad tacos– hard shell for takeout. I added in chimichurri, which worked well. I microwaved the tacos, so they only partially survived for holding by hand. Overall & nevertheless it was tasty.

I ordered a steak fajita bowl from this chipotle through DoorDash at 9:24 pm tonight (they stopped taking DoorDash orders at 9:30pm tonight), and as you can see in the pictures, the staff was so apparently upset that I ordered food during their business hours, that they decided to throw some smelly meat into the bowl and call it a day, JUST to drive home the point that I should be ashamed of ordering food when they claim they are open for business.
I understand it’s not fun to get an order right before closing time, I’ve worked in kitchens for years, but I specifically put ‘contact me’ if the store didn’t have what I wanted, just to avoid this, and I received no call. I received a middle finger for trying to order from their store.
Regardless of the fact that I didn’t get what I ordered, the meat in the bowl literally stunk, and I promptly contacted DoorDash, whereby I got a full refund of my purchase.
The only thing that was accomplished by this stunt, was that this particular chipotle is never going to get any business from me ever again.
This kind of behaviour reeks of underpaid teenagers. Who else would go out of their way to cause such a mess?

Just ordered a build your own chipotle bundles and let’s say it was a complete let down. The portions are not as advertised nor shown on social media. The chicken was in a side sized container and not the larger portion as advertised. Basically spent $30 more than what I would have if I purchased multiple burrito orders. Additionally I was given taco tortillas not burrito wraps.
