The waitress was very nice. However not sure how a simple burrito could be so wrong.. only asked for 4 things pork, egg, cheese an rice burrito.. I think the cook didn’t care.. the ticket was wrong too but she said the order back correct to me… never did feel welcome.. way over priced.. be lucky to go back in for one Cerveza..

This was our first visit. We moved here from California and having a difficult time finding good mexican places to eat at. Our food and margarita was good. The waitress seemed unhappy to be there. The chips and salsa ( not spicy and very little flavor) were just ok so we asked if they had they had salsa with a little more spice and our waitress came back with a different kind. It had much better flavor and was spicy. We also ordered an burrito to go. When we were given our check I noticed we were charged for the additional salsa and a take out container. We may give them another chance.

JR’s has an extensive menu, generous portions, and very good food. The decor is nice, they have a few different TVs to follow whichever games you might want to watch. The bar is modestly stocked, the house margarita is good and well priced.

It was my first time there. The food was good, average. Taco, enchilada & chalupa. I’ll have to go back & try other things, but it looks like a standard Mexican food menu. Our server was stoic but answerred all our questions fine. The restaurant has been remodeled beautifully. There was a LOT of AC. I don’t like that, but other people do.

Wonderful restaurant. Our server was slammed and still did a great job. A clean restaurant with great food and good service. Our meals didn’t come out at the same time, that was odd, about ten minutes Apart.

We decided to give them another chance after the last terrible experience but they failed even worse than before. Sat us at a table that hadn’t been wiped off, they had ran out of chips, served margaritas that had no alcohol, ordered a meal that contained beef tips only to be told a few minutes later that they were out of beef tips. I know we’re not giving them another chance.

Was definitely worth the trip! Got to-go for our first time and was excellent! Got El Grande to get a sampling of the usual items, steak tacos and Chicken Fundito. Looking forward to making this a regular stop!

A bright spot in Murray. Great food and service. The Chilie Colorado was flavorful and spicy. Kids were happy too with JR’s kids menu offerings. I also really love what they did decorating the restaurant.
