Chick-fil-A is always excellent. We stopped here on our way home from Florida. The drive thru line was long but took less than five minutes to get our order. The food was hot and we received the correct order. Chick-fil-A is the gold standard for convenience food.

We are so thankful for this Chick-fil-A! We are in the process of moving this week which means eating out every meal for a few days. We have tried several other fast food places around Perry for lunch, and not one has been acceptable. We always end up right back here where the service is impeccable, the food is consistently good, and the entire place is kept so clean! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Normally Chick-fil-A has outstanding service and quality. Unfortunately when I used the drive-through today I was disappointed with not receiving the little toppings packet with the Cobb salad, and no straw for my shake. A straw seems like a small detail, but it’s necessary to enjoy a shake. People can’t inventory their order in detail in a drive-through, so it’s important that the staff make sure the order is complete and correct.

This was one of the nicest chik-fa-las’ I’ve ever been to. The girl that took my order was so sweet. I wish I knew her name. She definitely deserves more money. She was a young black girl with braces. She was awesome!!

I went inside to order breakfast. I stood in line for 10 minutes. The single cashier is going incredibly slow. The people bagging orders are also having issues and talking about app malfunctions, so everything is going slow. Finally, I am the next person in line, and it changes to 10:30 as I’m walking to the register. The cashier tells me I cannot order breakfast, even though she’s seen me in line all that time. She even smiled at me at one point to acknowledge me. It was literally 10:30, and I was refused after standing in line for 10 minutes. For a business that’s supposedly all about customer service, this was my WORST Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. I walked out.

I ordered a market salad with no chicken. I failed to get the granola or the other additional toppings. There were no blueberries. Some of the lettuce was not edible. Wilted and black looking . Do I need to check my salad before I leave every time? This is not the only time my Market Salad order was wrong or not fresh. So disappointed. I love Market Salads but not at Perry Ga Chick Fil A.

Placed order through app. Went inside to pickup. Received wrong order. Was told to wait. Then manger approached me and told to me to I would need to wait longer. I couldn’t wait any longer. Never received food and app wouldn’t refund because they marked it complete.

Undercooked fries when you order through door dash, spitting them out fast for lunch as always. Things always slack here when they can’t handle the rush. No way to call the store and actually speak to someone there either, straight to a calling service. The employees are awesome but the food is always subpar, cold and undercooked.

Service was fast and our order was filled correctly. The food was brought out quickly so no problems there. The chicken sandwich was hot and seemed freshly made. The waffle fries were cold and about 80% cooked. Normally I would have taken them back but about as soon as we sat down a crowd (from a bus maybe) came in and I didn’t want to deal with the crowd at the counter. Why is it so hard to get fries that are hot and fresh at any restaurant?
