We hadn’t been to a chicken shack in a while. Visiting this location reminded me why I need to be eating here more often! We had Anna as our cashier and she was so friendly and wonderful. She is clearly very good at what she does. The team they had working also was wonderful. All our food was fresh and yummy! We will be stopping here more often, thanks for the food!

I’ve been thinking about chicken shack for 10 years (moved down south)
Just got back home a couple days ago and came to this location and explained how long it’s been since I’ve had this and how everyone in the south knows about this food.
I was told 10 mins
Was done and bagged in 3.
Tastes reheated
I said wow that was quick.
Outside eating now and know why it was only 3 mins
Chicken is cold, potatoes are sad and cold bun is a brick only thing good is the slaw.
Very disappointing will not return here

Best Chicken shack location I’ve been to! After living in AZ for a while, chicken shack was a place I missed dearly! Brought my bf here after a day of kayaking, and he said it was by far best broasted chicken he’s ever had. If there was a 10 star rating, I would in fact give it to this location. Polite staff, beyond clean kitchen and even very clean restrooms. I will go a hour out of my way to eat here again!

Worst food I’ve ever had from chicken shack. Subpar service and the last time I went it wasn’t good and I said I would never go back. Trust your gut. If it wasn’t so far from my home I would take this blonde on the outside, pink in the inside mess of a meal back. Instead I’ll take the loss and write this review. I would say do better, but they won’t.

Ive been going to chicken shack for years but never this location. Ordered a rib snack meal and a 4 piece white meat only (at extra cost) meal. Picked the food up and brought it to my parents. The first thing i noticed was the extra cost for white meat only got me 3 pieces of white meat not 4, the rest was not white meat. I wasnt going to drive back for 1 piece. The broasted potatoes used to be delicious were now chunks of cut up not fully cooked potoatoes with butter on top. I dont know if it is just this location or all of them but these are NOT anywhere close to the delicious potatoes chicken shack used to have. Upon biting into the chicken it was tough and rubbery, not the delicious juicy chicken i am used to from chicken shack. The potatoes went into the garbage and the chicken should have too but my mom insisted on eating it. My dad did say his ribs were good but also said these are definitelyNOT the same chicken shack potatoes. Probably the worst meal from chicken shack that i have gotten and ive gone to different locations for years. I wont be back to this location but i will go back to the Chesterfield location hoping for the chicken shack food i love.

I stopped in on 11-22-25 to place an order. While waiting on my food l was shocked. I watched 2 employee’s handling food and money without changing the gloves they had on. OMG. Management PLEASE train your employee’s.

Love love love me some Chicken Shack! The broasted potatoes are a treat by themselves. And I always have a bottle of their sauce in the fridge at home. The chicken, shrimp and ribs are always amazing, and now with pulled pork on the menu, it’s a real challenge to decide what I want to order when I’m there. This particular location is somewhat newer, and is always clean an tidy. The service is typically friendly and cheerful.
