I love scooters but, The last several times I’ve been there the drink is not full and they fill the gap with whip cream. When paying $7 – $8 for a drink it should be filled to the top with whatever drink you choose and not 3/4 full then fill with whip cream.

Caramel latte and egg bites. Since my semi wouldn’t fit the drive thru I stopped on the side of the street. The two ladies that were there were very warm and welcoming. They assisted me with how to get out of there since there’s a lo narrow roads.

Gave an attitude the whole time. Messed up my drink twice. I ordered a large banana bread chai. It came with espresso when I didn’t ask for it. I understand when it’s busy and if someone is new but these baristas had an attitude problem and clearly don’t seem like they know what they’re doing bc they’ve been here for awhile. Guy barista said chai comes with espresso which it does not. I’ve drank chai from here plenty of times. Won’t be back for awhile. I’ll be paying my visits to Perryville location.

I cant say much on the food yet as this is my first visit, and I didn’t get any of the small food options, but this is more of a beverage stand anyway. The drink I got was good. Not exactly to my taste but it’s my fault for picking it, because it taste just like you think it would, and I mean that in a good way, I just was in a hurry and picked something random. The customer service I got was absolutely stellar . The customer service was so good as to motivated me to make this review in the first place. As this was my first time I was unfamiliar with the options, and she explained them all out for me, and was happy to answer any questions, even though I was taking forever. And the person at the window was nice as well. I’m a bit clumsy and dropped a quarter when she handed me my change and with no hesitation she grabbed another one. Foods 4 stars because I’m sure the other items, items I’m more familiar with, would taste great, but don’t want to give 5 stars because I haven’t sampled much of the beverages yet. Oh, I forgot to mention, they have a lot more than coffee. As I said they have a few small and simple food items, and I wide selection of drinks. Coffee, hot chocolate I think was an option, smoothies, energy drink mixes, and some others. Service got 5 stars and I already explained why. Atmosphere gets 3 stars simply due to it not really having one. It’s a drive thoughi will say that the exterior does look really nice. I’d recommend giving it a try anyway.

Love, love, love it! My Family loves coffee while I do not. I like the smell of coffee but I don’t like the taste. Scooters has a lot of non coffee options which makes me happy. And for those that do like coffe, if you tell them a candy bar they can can turn it into a drink. Oh! And you can also opt for no espresso in your blended drink I do that with the mocha it pretty much turns it into a frozen hot chocolate.

I got an Iced Mocha with an extra shot of espresso that I’m not so sure I received. The coffee was just very bland and was also very light in color. I think they started if making a white one and switched half way because I could taste french vanilla. Scooters has amazing coffee, but I’m not sure what Chester is doing. My boyfriend also got the Gouda Omelette bites and was very disappointed. They tasted old and were badly over done. We’ll stick with Waterloo.

Feeling frustrated went to the drive-thru and asked if they had a certain drink in decaf. What that actually meant if it came with absolutely zero coffee. They literally just gave me sugar and milk I feel like I’m drinking a vanilla milkshake. Starbucks to order a drink decaf they simply put decaf coffee or espresso.
I went back through the drive-through because I thought they made a mistake but they did not it was what it was.

Absolutely horrible, undrinkable. Old and cold. Don’t punish your customers with coffee that hasn’t moved. Dump it. It doesn’t last forever.
